Reading these reviews confirms my gut feeling about these crooks. My son was in an accident and Franklin Police called Dependable to tow the car. When I got to the scene, I asked the tow truck driver with a mullet and Buddha earlobes, the price to tow my car 3 miles to my house, he said $160.00. So I asked him to tow the car across the highway to Quick Check lot, so I can get a tow truck from bodyshop and I specifically said, I'm sure it will be cheaper to tow my car across the highway, and the driver said yes, it will be cheaper, in from of the police officer. Once he towed my car to Quick Check, he said that will be $160.00. When I reminded him about our conversation 5 minutes prior, it got loud and rude and demanded $160 or he would take the car to his yard. Basically, he stole $160 from me. But now I'm glad I only list that and not my valuables from my car. AVOID THESE THIEVES!

Maybe figure out your actual operating hours. One place says 1:30 pm on a Saturday, facebook says Always Open, and maps says closing at 3pm. We went all the way to Somerset just to turn around because there was no one there. Place deserves to close

They repaired my car faster than my insurance company can pay them, and my car looks better than it did before. Had a rental from them too during it that operated well.
