“Steve is very helpful and knowledgeable. I called about my 15 y/o Pioneer Plasma TV. Purple bleeds into white scenes. Oherwise it's a great TV. Unfortunately, the parts are no longer available but I appreciate the time he took explaining and answering my other audio video questions. I would definitely consider Steve next time I need a repair. You may want to note Steve no longer does house calls.”

“Go to Ricardo. If you need anything electronics repaired, this is the guy to go see. He will legit diagnose your stuff on the spot and is very patient, and will treat you like a real person. I went in today to see what cable I broke on my MacBook Pro when I replaced the speakers & why it won't turn on, and he didn't charge me anything to look at it, and hopefully we can fix it once I get parts. Also has a ridiculous selection of headphones, phone covers, charging cables, and almost everything you need, small electronics wise. Def my new go-to for anything. Thanks again!!”

“Fantastic experience with this company. The cord on my pool vacuum robot (dolphin nautilus) snapped off. It was still under warranty and Dolphin gave me a list of approved vendors. I called a few places that didn't want to help at all, but this company was amazing. The gentleman came to my house and was there in an hour. The new cord was back-ordered so he fixed the old one to get it in working condition until the new one came in. Once it came in, he came back and put the new one on. He is very knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and does an incredible job. I really can't say enough good things about the service I received. I'll be letting Dolphin know my experience as well.”

“The person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about my issue with the hammer drill. He was upfront with me about how busy they were and it would be a few weeks to get to look at it. I said that's fine, and asked if it's worth fixing because of it's age? He said yes definitely worth putting a few hundred dollars into it.”

“Very resourceful place of business. They diagnosed an issue with my gaming system and despite not having all the parts to fix in house, they were able to use their other resources to have my system repaired. They also made this process very easy and got my system back to me in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend!”

“This might be considered a little unfair that 5 stars was not provided, but I believe it is just. I spent a decent part of my morning attempting to contact the Piscataway location. But every option of the phone prompts would ring at first, then go straight to a dead line signal. I wasn’t sure if they only accepted repairs by appointment, and, if I didn’t have an appointment…would anyone even be there? I tried to call again at 3pm, but same issue. I took a chance and drive there. Thankfully, it was open, as I entered someone arrived quickly from the back room and luckily they had my screen in stock. They did have prior repairs, but were able to repair my screen in less than 3 hours. I received an email confirming the repair, and collected my phone by 6:30pm. Apple would have charged me $329 plus tax. iBreakItUFixIt does charge more than Apple for OEM glass, so I elected for an aftermarket compatible. Apple would never offer this option, and it’s much more affordable…especially given that it was my 11-year-olds’ iPhone 11 Pro Max hand me down. Very happy with the service, and it is warrantied for a year against any defects….(not if YOU break it again though). Cheers.”
