Horrible horrible service! This was the worst interaction I could have ever received from a place of business. For starters the person who answered the call hung up in my face TWICE!! after calling back and he hung up in my face again I then understood I was just dealing with a rude person. I called back to explain to him that hanging up in someone’s face is extremely rude, and he started to argue with me. They said they could fix the button on my jeans, turns out to be false. Would not recommend their services!!!!!!!Service: Alterations

Lovely family-owned business. I needed some alterations done on a dress, and a zipper fixed on another. Everything was done expertly. They were very kind and patient as I had multiple fittings. The dresses were also cleaned and pressed afterwards. Eco-friendly.

I came here to pick up a few items that I dropped of a week ago. I arrived at 6:34pm. When I walked in, the woman came from behind the register to help a gentleman who emerged from the dressing room for alterations. I thought that someone else was going to emerge from the back, but they didn’t. When she finished pinning his pants, she addressed me. She immediately said “we close at 6pm”. I brushed it off with a “umm hmm” as I thought she was joking. She mimiced me and proceeded to repeat herself. I told her that the bottom of the receipt listed their hours from 7a-7p. She looked at the receipt and responded in shock “oh I thought he changed that. Well for next time you know.” Clearly she wasn’t about to close as it was 6:30 and she was altering the gentleman’s pants. I guess this is how they treat all of their black customers. There will not be a next time.

These people ruined my $ 300 Northface jacket.First, they didn't get my jacket really clean. Secondly, I saw that my collar on the jacket looked different. The collar was filled. But now one side is filled and the other side has lost the fill. I don't know what they did, and now the Jcket feels too tight. I told that man that too and he wanted to start a discussion with me. How hard he worked on my jacket ( Always these cheap excuses, I can not hear it anymore ) He got rude and loud. He should look for another job or retire.I want people who take their job seriously. I still had to pay for everything.Take care of your things. And look for another cleaner

Plaza cleaners is one of the best locations in the community. They offer a wide range of services from tailoring to same day service. The best part about it is that it's ECO friendly. I have taken a wide range of clothing to Plaza Cleaners to get cleaned. Items from suits, blankets, regular clothes, and work uniforms. Highly recommend Plaza Cleaners to get your dry cleaning done the right way.

I always look for safe alternatives to dry cleaning chemicals. There are very few locations in New Jersey and I found Plaza Cleaners and La Ritz (same owners) There are a couple others in NJ out of hundreds regular dry cleaners.
