He is extremely knowledgeable and comes straight to the point after diagnosing. The upfront cost is just $40 which will be used for repair cost. Very reasonable and a gem of a guy ..!

Steve is very helpful and knowledgeable. I called about my 15 y/o Pioneer Plasma TV. Purple bleeds into white scenes. Oherwise it's a great TV. Unfortunately, the parts are no longer available but I appreciate the time he took explaining and answering my other audio video questions. I would definitely consider Steve next time I need a repair. You may want to note Steve no longer does house calls.

Wish all people in the world were like this man!!! My Tv's screen went black but the volume still worked. I described this problem and he could have easily just said sure and have done the job and ripped me off, but instead explained that for the TV i had it wouldnt be worth it for me and that I should just buy a new one...ANNNNNND made sure to explain to me WHY this happened to my TV so that I could prevent this from happening again.

Steve has decades of experience and it shows. His shop has parts amassed over a very long career. He took time to explain to me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. TV works great and Steve offers a 90 day warranty on all his work!

HIGHLY recommend that you reach out to Steve if you have any issues with your television. Our tv went out and we were quoted an insane amount by Samsung to simply diagnose the issue and give us a quote. Steve was able to diagnose the issue, explain what happened, and repaired our tv within one day! He gave us a reasonable quote, and our tv is back up and working.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He fixed a 10 year old Samsung 65-inch TV for us that we felt was too nice to scrap, yet feared the sudden breakdown could be unrepairable. He rebuilt components and repaired the TV for an extremely reasonable price. The TV is now as good as new. He was timely, responsive and such a pleasure to work with. I’ve been telling everyone I know if a TV breaks to take it to him! You won’t be sorry!

We are so happy with our TV! Our Samsung had started to dim and then the LEDs started falling off creating quarter size white spots…Steve diagnosed the problem and said all the LEDs needs to be replaced. After a week in his shop we have the tv back and it is fabulous! I highly recommend calling Steve before you junk your old tv.
