The workers are incompetent (idk if it’s poor management or just them being bad workers). I couldn’t find an item listed IN STOCK, and nobody would help me find it. I ordered it online, and then 30 minutes later I got a notification saying it was delayed. Then after an hour of waiting total, they tell me it’s out of stock.
This place sucks

The man working at the Photo Booth on 10/08/2024 at 8:48 pm is the rudest person I have ever had to interact with. He should not be working customer service. I will NEVER return to this Walgreens. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

I just left Walgreens an a young lady name Consweller step in and helped be with my FedEx order.She was very repectful
And patient.She took the time out to make sure I left Walgreens on Hamilton pleased with my service.

My review is actually regarding my customer service experience over the phone dealing with the pharmacy.
I spoke to Paola at the pharmacy who went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was filled. I won’t go into too much detail, but I had a few issues with finding my prescription in stock.
She was fast, courteous, and professional in making sure it was available to me. If she’s any reflection of how the rest of the store may operate, then I commend it.

I sent a canvas to this store for Mother's Day for my mother-in-law. I accidentally sent the wrong picture and Shanice was understanding and took care of it. Great customer service.

Prescription called in this week for one antibiotic medication and the pharmacy was unable to even begin filling it until tomorrow. I don't know what they are being paid to do all day, but it certainly is not going toward them filling prescriptions.

Again 2 days in a row. Ms Patel is making my pain medicine that without it at this point I want walk. I called someone answer and said it's ready come get it. WELL TO NO SURPRISE MS.PATEL SAID IT ISNT READY. THERE IS NO CODE ON THE SCRIPT. BE PREPARED TO GET A CALL FROM HEADQUARTERS HR MS PATEL. I DID COMPLAIN AGAIN. AND THEN FOR YOU TO TELL ME GET A SMARTER DR OR GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. GUESS WHAT I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE. EVERYTIME I GET PROBLEMS I WILL POST AND CALL CORPORATE HR. I HAVE THE CASE NUMBER IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU. JUST CALL ME

This place has become horrible over the past few years. The pharmacy is horrible. After the black pharmacist left it got even worse. You pay for delivery of Meds and they never come or have to call the store 3 times. If you go there the line is always long as heck. I went for meds after getting out the hospital... last said oh come back tomorrow. Really? For an inhaler & antibiotics? You choose at 9, it's 4:30.... wth takes that long to fill a Rx. The young lady is airways rude & short on the phone or in person. Always get messages that there was a problem with my insurance. But I've used the same insurance for 15 yrs here. When I call they say, oh we forgot to put it back through. Usually people get rx because they need them or they're sick. Why do we have to wait days for important meds? I dropped off 4 Rx, they claim 1 is out of stock. Umm when will it be in stock? Can you send it somewhere else? That was 2weeks so and no follow up. Now they've gotten into the habit of just canceling rx if it's not in stock or insurance issue. They ARE THEE WORST! I don't know how Walgreens allows them to operste like this. I used to love this store, now I go months without going inside unless it's for Rx.. and that's only thanks to covid. I'll be going to the Walgreens in Franklin Park or at Robert wood. This pharmacy is disgusting.

Untrained and rude staff. I came to print some photos and waited about 30 minutes for assistance and was not helped. Waste of my time. I went to Walmart instead.

This is a review for the year of 2023. They have Extremely Poor Customer Service, mainly from their short-term Cashiers. I have had 2 Cashier's get an attitude with me for using regular cash, 1 Female cashier try to pick a fight with me, 1 teenage cashier drop my change on the counter and say whatever and then proceed to sit down and play games on his phone, and this is only a few of the many incidents I have been apart of, and I do not want to even mention the things I have seen other customers going through.

Very very unprofessional staff I waited there for almost 45 minutes and then they told me that they don’t have my prescription in this location didn’t help me at all for even over the counter medication to find out where are they and which aisle never gonna go there again ??

Most horrible service ever. I asked them how long it’d take for my online order to get ready. And they canceled my online order right after I walked out of the store. Rude behavior from the customer service and they didn’t know anything at all.

Pâthetic customer service. Understaffed and don’t care.No one to answer phone calls, long lines at the counter, unending wait in the one Drive thru lane that’s open. Other one seems to be closed for eternity. Better close this location.
