I purchased a car from them in October this year. The car was a decent deal, though the dealer markup was extreme.They force you to deal with the state registration through them - which was fine until it came time to pick it up.They stopped answering calls or returning them. I drove down there - an hour from me - and the place is closed - cleared out Then I called all over the place to try and figure out if I had just been scammed. Eventually, the person who did the financing responded that they were operating out of another dealership. I eventually got my registration, but the refund check to me for overpayment BOUNCED. Of course, no one will return my call.Definitely will never make the mistake of going to an Indy dealer to buy a car again.

I purchased my vehicle over a year ago from AMG and it has been nothing but HELL! The first month, I didn't have my vehicle because the had to replace the windshield. I had to rent a car. While the vehicle was in their possession, they drove my car. As result of this I received EZ pass violations.Then 2 months later the check engine light came on. (Thank God I brought the warranty). Being that I had such a bad experience the first go round with AMG. I asked the warranty company if I could take it to someone other than AMG. Unfortunately the warranty company made me take the car back to AMG. From February 2023 to May 2023, they had my vehicle. Again they drove my vehicle. Again more EZ Pass violations. This time they linked their phone numbers to the car . The warranty company and I paid AMG over $20k for a new engine. When we picked up the vehicle the check engine light came back on again and it was still blowing out coolant. The mechanics told us they "forgot" to reset it and that it was fine to drive. It's now October and the check engine light is still on. It's still blowing out coolant. How is it still doing the same thing if there is a new engine in the vehicle? Every time we show up, the salesmen disappear. The service manager is never there and no one at AMG is trying to right this thing wrong. I even contacted the warranty company to complain. They told the warranty company they can't reach me which is not true. I'm tired of the lies and just the overall poor business acumen that AMG displays. At this point I may have have to seek legal assistance. They don't care about the customers they only care about the money! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

zero starsthe salesman was great. finance was not. they wouldn't negotiate anything other than show me some insane numbers and interest rates for my 700 plus credit rating...I spoke tp my Porsche dealer friend and he said is houldbein the 7s. mag had me at 14 plus. and three added fluff fees of about 800 and 900 and an insane 3800 dealer prep fee.Ilooked at the car before driving it and found weird issues such as miscellaneous wiring leading to the headlights...ok LED conversionfront bumper damage not shown in the pictures but was clear as day in the showroom...car had some modifications which I was ok with. it had a rear bumper hit. not even buffed out. car was dusty and dirty. where is the prep...they said tire replacement. none of which were new and mismatched brands. no oil change. it smelled like gas and not oil.too many negatives... do you research AND KNOW your numbers and know what fluff fees they may throw in there.car was good finance was not. the numbers were way off and there was no chance negotiating. odd was the sales man did the sale but no talk of numbers. that was in finance. never did that before.

I wouldn't recommend getting a car here go else where ! I got a car here and wish I had not . The people here tell you anything to get you in a car you get a call from the bank and it's something completely else . *The lady that works there and handles temp plates in THEIR DMV Department RUDE disgustingly rude so please do not go here especially if you live out of state because you may need to talk with her she needs to be fired due to her mannerism and Customer Service*

I saw the car I wanted to buy on their site. I made an appt. Jim Sak was the sales rep. He was terrific, helpful and very nice. And though he was great, I didn't like that if I wanted to pay cash for the car on the spot it would cost an extra $2k. Nevertheless, I handed over the bank check, signed some docs and left with an amazing 2019 BMW X2.

Yea definitely the worst dealership I've ever entered. But specifically the service is disjointed, they just took my key and then told me how much everything would be. Soo completely blind sided by the price. Also most aggregisously when I pick up the car it noticeably had less gas in the tank and my fuel cap was left open. Now why would a mechanic need to open my fuel tank if I'm getting an oil change and tires rotated. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!Services: Tire rotations

Please do not buy from these people.. the reviews alone should be enough to deter you from doing any type of business with AMG Auto.. don't expect them to be there after you buy the car even for parts they may owe you... awww man.. but who really listens to the advice left in these reviews.. I didn't and now I'm writing one to save you! Go somewhere else!

Bait and switch kind of dealer. Everything posted is just to get you in the door. From reading other reviews and my experience looks like 7k is what they like to add to the car price.

I'd give 0 stars if I could ... by far the worst dealership I've ever been to... I read the reviews and should have known better. Called them before hand and asked if the car was good to go because we needed one asap and also asked about the additional fees everyone spoke about and Maria ensured me that the price was what it was and that the reviews and hidden fees were from a prior owner. We get there and the car needs all this work and then there's fees too... if you don't go with their financing at 12% then you have to pay $4k ... if you pay cash you pay 4k... we drove two hours with a baby to get attitudes the entire time and leave without a car. Absolutely ridiculous ... I've purchased 10 cars before and this dealership is a straight scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was interested in a car they had so they made an appointment for me to come and look at it. After getting there the car they said was ready and available wasn't even on their lot! And the sales rep said he didn't know if it would ever be. They completely wasted my time. Fraud.

I have never written a review before but after this experience I felt the need to share my view of these "dealerships" I saw this ad on multiple websitesI contacted the dealership and made an appointment to go see it and test drive with the intention to purchase it. After confirming my appointment earlier in the day, and driving an hour and a half, I arrived for my appointment to find out the car was not at this location but at their "sister dealership" The salesman then told me it's a 15-20 drive right down the road. When I put it in my GPS it said 35 min to AMG auto's in Sommerville, NJ. Not happy but still wanted to see the car. I arrived at AMG auto and asked to look at the car, but on their website the car was $4,000 higher in priceI asked the salesman why the difference in price and he had no idea. He went to his manager who stated that their price on their website is the correct price. (Still could not explain why there were 2 prices)I then was told there would be a $ 4,900.00 Vehicle Adjustment Fee. On top of the usual dealer fees and taxes. so, all in all the car would have cost me at least $10,000 more than the advertised price. NO WHERE ON EITHER WEBSITE DOES IT MENTION A "VEHICLE ADJUSTMENT FEE". This was a terrible experience and a waste of my time. I would not buy a bag of chips from these people let alone a car.Don't understand why they can't be honest with everybody and advertise the REAL price.I do not recommend either of these dealerships to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!
