“The Warehouse is great! Amazing location, super close to everything downtown. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of natural light from the huge windows. It’s updated, clean, and a very safe place to call home! Would definitely recommend.”
“Firstly the apartments are beautiful, maybe slightly small, but very comfortable and beautifully designed. Truthfully I came here because I wanted to highlight a very specific person working at meridia. Licy was beyond helpful, everything down to me asking for parking changes was beyond easily accommodated. Almost everyone I worked with was helpful. I would like to say though, if you would like to move in here please reach out to Licy specifically because she has the quickest response time, she really takes the time to help people and is the most helpful out of everyone I have met thus far. She even made sure to bring me to multiple listings when I was worried that I couldn't remember the floor plan I had chosen. I couldn't recommend her more. She DESERVES A RAISE!
Edit:the cleaning ladies in this apartment complex do a very thorough and professional job, they are very sweet and helpful. They always say hi to me and my daughters and you really couldn’t ask more of them on both a professional or personal level!”
