Gerald was quick to get us a quote, order our flooring and arrange the installation. We were very happy with how quick the whole process was. The team who installed worked quickly and were very clean. They paid attention to details. We love our new floors and would recommend them to everyone!

We hired Circle Floors to replace our traditional hardwood floor (thin boards) with wider plank boards on the first level of our home. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. It started with meeting Natasha in the showroom who was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in showing and explaining the various hardwood options. Subsequently, Gerry (the owner) came out to the house to review the job so he could develop an estimate. I got a good feeling from him as we reviewed the details of the job. After meeting 3 other contractors, we decided to go with Circle Floors based on their presentation, responsiveness, and competitive quote. The crew of 3 (Izaquel, Alfredo, Martin) showed up with Gerry first thing Monday where we quickly reviewed the details of the job. They estimated the job to complete in 3 days and that's exactly how long it took them. They were very professional and respectful while working meticulously each of the days. They cleaned up after every day which made it manageable to move around the house at night. To demonstrate the kind of crew that they are, we asked them to do their best to preserve the moldings so that we wouldn't have to replace with new ones. I watched how carefully they removed it with very little damage, requiring just minor paint touch-ups that I was able to do on my own. The other contractors had indicated that this would be very difficult to do and that most of it including the walls would probably get damaged. I could tell that the head guy (Izaquel) was a perfectionist. I saw him reworking one of the final boards until he was happy with the way it lined up with our tiled kitchen. Additionally, I had mentioned to him that one of the other boards had a slight creek to it and he quickly said that he would address it. Gerry checked in with me every day to provide status and to ensure we were satisfied with how things were going, which was a nice touch. When they were done, they thoroughly cleaned the floors and the finished product was just beautiful (see attached pic). We are definitely on the picky side and could not be happier with our floor and everyone associated with Circle Floors. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again for any future flooring needs.

As a realtor, a homeowner and a landlord, I never use or recommend anybody else! He does excellent work at a reasonable price. His people are super efficient and clean. We first met when he fixed a home so ugly I couldn’t sell. Once he was done it sold in a week! He did my whole house in just 2 days 10 years ago, and my floors are still beautiful. The best thing is that he stands by his quality work and no job is ever too small or too big. He also has done tile work and carpet with high quality installation.

I just moved to Somerville station new townhomes. I had the whole second floor carpeting removed and new floors installed. Natasha from circle flooring helped me find the matching floor and Gerry and his team did the installing. The service was excellent, professional, efficient, timely. Gerry and his team left the house super clean. I trusted them completely while I was at work. Thank you for a job well done and I will most definitely use them again.

The installers just finished putting in engineered wood floors in two bedrooms, two closets and a hallway Absolutely beautiful job, some of the best work I have ever had done.
Perfect cuts, nail holes filled on shoe molding,
Took extra care with drop cloths and cleaned everything up.
Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with circle floors. I was recently shopping for flooring and disappointed with the selection at the local big box stores. I stopped into Circle Floors and the showroom Natasha person was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had an estimate two days later and install within a week. The pricing was fair and competitive. The installers were careful and courteous. They went above and beyond on my project to ensure an optimal install. I would gladly go here again for my next flooring project.

Very Rude and Poor management, unprofessional and wrong commitment with timelines. Thrice my carpet was delayed. If onlyI had not paid them i would have pulled out. If you raise any concern with the work they will threaten to pull out and leave you in middle of a mess. Stay Away!!!!.Please get someone who cares for your work.Services: Wood floor installation
