Said 15$ regular, but proceeded to fill my tank up to 40$. Was using phone in his booth, was impossible to call to stop the gas pump.

This station had a ridiculous price disparity between cash and credit. By ridiculous I mean more than $0.50 a gallon. While I understand that a store may need to charge a slightly higher amount to offset the cost of the credit card companies it certainly doesn't amount to $0.50 a gallon. The proprietor or at least the service station attendant was not particularly friendly and even gave me a bit of a difficult time about getting a receipt. If you can wait a little bit and go a couple of miles down the road I am sure you'll find other stations that are a little bit friendlier.
