Had a great experience from Performance Ford, getting my new Bronco Sport. Everyone was easy to deal with, but particularly Marlon Villalobos was just a delight to work with. Marlon was always helpful, providing lots of information and options, but I never felt pressured in any way, other than just finding my ideal car. Which he found! And he also spent time with me in the new car going over all the buttons, displays, digital connections, etc. And he was always responsive to my emails, even for the most inane question (of which there were a few).

Our salesperson, Marlon Villalobos, was a pleasure to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining all of our options for the Bronco. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you need service for your vehicle, stay away from this dealership. Recently I made an appointment for service due to a leaking transfer case on my truck and the soonest available was 2 weeks out. I dropped off my truck the night before the appointment, the next day I received no calls from anyone in service. Close to closing time I called asking for an update on my truck, I was told that they did not get the chance to look at it and when I asked why since I made an appointment 2 weeks prior, they told me they are under no obligation to fulfill an appointment. The rest of that week I still had to continue to call asking for updates on my truck as nobody would call me when they told me they would, and every time I was given some excuse as to why they could not look at it. Finally when a tech had looked at it for the first time they said unfortunately he left for the day without giving the advisor any feedback. I had asked them to please look into the transmission for some other problems I was experiencing and of course they only fixed what they found wrong with the leaking transfer case and did not look into any of my other concerns that I brought to them. When I asked why, the service advisor stated the tech must have felt none of my concerns were an issue as the transfer case seal causing the leak was the source of the problem. The advisor said that later on if I was still having issues with the transmission that I could just bring the truck back again and they could take another look.
A salesman had called me during this whole situation about doing an appraisal on my truck, I said I was interested in looking at options for downgrading from a F250 to a F150 since I did not have use for a Super Duty anymore. He said he would send me his direct contact information, which I never received. He had called me again a day or two later but it was not a convenient time for me to talk so I said I would call him back. When I called the dealership number asking for him, he was not available so I left my information with the person who had answered my call to have the salesman call me back. Since then I never heard back from him or anyone else and that told me all I needed to know and to not purchase another vehicle from this location.
I originally purchased the truck from Performance in East Hanover and had nothing but problems from the start with the alignment of the front end on the vehicle, no tech in that dealership could figure out what the issue was. The Performance dealer in Randolph tried to fix the issue as well and was not successful either. They ended up having to send my truck to a shop that works on semi trucks to finally resolve the issue. Finally after the issue had been resolved I had to argue with multiple employees over the phone and in person to get service records on the truck for what work was done, as East Hanover had stated they believed the truck had been damaged in transport. I could never get a straight answer from anyone in management or service, and they were always very reluctant to give me any documentation which was absolutely unacceptable.
When this dealership was Fullerton it was an excellent experience, when I saw that Performance had taken over I wish I had went somewhere else. I experienced the same poor customer service and lack of communication in East Hanover, Randolph and now Somerville. Never again will I purchase a vehicle or have one serviced by any dealership under Performance ownership.

The best dealership with both customer experience and service. I was offered a wonderful price for my 2025 Ford Bronco. Marlon Villalobos was our salesperson he not only was charming while selling the car— he made sure to keep up with my experience and the cars care after. Marlon went above and beyond compared to any other dealership. The manager was very kind and helpful with our overall car journey. 100% would recommend this location over any other LOCATIONS.

Seriously avoid this dealership for service.
It's true what they say, dealer experience ruins the joy of car ownership. I will never come back here again for service. The service department is just down right, awful. First service experience that was a tell-tale sign was an almost two hour tire rotation.
I gave them another chance and scheduled a recall. Figured this was an easy enough service that I can drop off first thing in the morning and pick up later in the afternoon. Big NOPE. Dropped off at 8am. Called back around 3pm as I did not receive a call for any update whatsoever. Troy, the service advisor, made up an excuse that the Ford system was down the other day and they were backed up. Wouldn't this have been a good thing to let your customer know upon dropping off the car? He then asked if they can do it the next day, I simply declined and picked up my car.
Another sign of bad service was a customer before me who was going to drop off her car for a recall as well. Mentioned that she's made the appointment and dropping off as they told her the part was in. Well, lo and behold, told her it was not and to come back.
So beware of simple service in this place. Or was it maybe because my car had a different dealer sticker on the back that I was just simply ignored? Who knows. It's not worth the headache and aggravation.

I had no idea that Fullerton sold and was now Performance, I was nervous to bring my car there because I haven’t worked with them before, but I am very happy to say they fixed an issue that I had brought my car to Fullerton for three other times, The cost was great and they worked with me. My only suggestion Would be to implement some sort of communication system like text messages to keep customers updated on the status of their car.

Good experience! No pressure! My sales rep Marlon Villalobos was great! He was very patient and worked with me on getting a deal that made sense to me. I must say this is the first time I walk out of a dealer not feeling like I was taken advantage of.

Performance Ford service department is top notch. Troy the service manager always takes care of my truck. 5 star service. Troy is a real asset to this dealership. Professional courteous and on top of his game. Big difference from the old owners. Thank you!!

I wouldn't recommend the service department there. They are horrible about letting you know what is going on with your vehicle. I had my vehicle there 3-4 separate times for the same issue. I kept telling them I was still having problems with awd fault errors and hill assist errors and pre-collision assist unavailable. They didn't fix the problem at all each time i was there. Each time I told them I was still having the same problems they seemed to get annoyed with me and kept saying its because of the recalls. They kept telling me they cleared the errors but they always came back. When I brought my vehicle in the last time they finally charged me a diagnostic fee. Im not sure exactly what they really did to fix my vehicle when i had it there previously. I decided to stay at the dealership the last time i brought it in and it turned into needing a $1500 repair. Im taking my vehicle elsewhere. I dont trust them.

DONT SEND YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THEY WILL LET CAR SIT FOR 5 days even when you have a scheduled appointment worst dealer and service department I have ever been too!!! This service advisor doesn’t know what’s going on he barely can tell me when a tech was going to look at my car. My appointment was for a Tuesday I dropped the car off the night before I called through throughout the week this service advisor said someone would look at it. But Friday car was still not even looked at at which I had enough and went to just pick up the car from there possession I guess new ownership has a lot of work to do bunch of scammers don’t trust anyone that wears pants like this 😂😂

I had a great experience working with John to get a new truck. He was very communicative and helped coordinate everything prior to me getting to the dealership, which was nice because I was traveling from a couple hours away, so prepping all the paperwork helped expedite the purchase. Overall really happy with my truck and my experience working with John
