I like lurelash and they always do a good job with my eyebrows. This morning however, I called to cancel my appointment and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail cancelling and rescheduling for next weekend. A few hours later, I got an email from lurelash charging me for a no show appointment, when I did in fact cancel. I will continue to come here if they reverse the charge, but they need to check their voicemails before assuming a client no showed.

Got a natural LV set here. My person did a great job with it and also waxing my brows. I received a lot of compliments on my lashes and the quality of the hairs! I've had my brows waxed here once before, and they also did a great job.

The quality of the services here are too hit or miss. I've gotten the best lash lifts here but also some of the worst.
The girl I went to today, left a TON of glue in my lashes after the lift and my eye lashes don't look all that lifted. I don’t know how this was an acceptable service. Check the pics, my lashes have never looked worse.
In the past I've gone to Anita, and she's VERY good! I wish I went to her today but she was all booked (for good reason).
Not sure I will ever come back, the services are too iffy.

Gave it three opportunities. First one, lashes fell off with in days, the second time as well. The third time felt like I had plastic knives stabbing my lids ..
Update: thank you for contacting me and making the adjustments, the tech that provided the services was not only accommodating but she explained what happened and made the appropriate revisions in addition to discussing next steps.

I had my lashes done for the first time at a Lure Lash location located in Somerville. I requested the LV sultry set. Once the lash tech completed my lash set the glue was stuck to my bottom eyelashes which was hard and painful to get the tape off from under my eyes. The lash set was not full looking at all and within 3 days a lot of my lashes fell out. I couldn’t go back to have them do a fill because I was traveling . I originally went to get my lashes done because I was traveling and it ended up being a waste of time and money. $250 is a lot to pay to have most of your lashes fall out 3 days later . I will not be going back to Lure Lash based on my experience .

DO NOT go here for Eye Brow lamination!!!! Came here for the first time and explained to the women it was my first time doing this procedure and I was very nervous. She dismissed it and rushed me to lay down to start.
She trimmed and plucked my eyebrows but she more so chopped them and now they are so uneven. The lamination it self probably would have looked better if my eyebrows didn’t look so choppy.
The entire time she barley explained what was going on and I had to constantly ask questions to get any information about what was going on my face.
I went 4 days ago and ever since I have been so unhappy. Constantly trying to make them look even and sleek like they are suppose to look. I did a massive amount of research before doing this process and I just know this is not how they are suppose to look. They looked fried and messy.
Can’t wait for my eyebrows to grow back to a normal length so I can go somewhere else to try this again.

Have been coming here for lash lift and tints. Be careful with rods chosen for lash lift. As rods will dictate the curl. Didn't realize this in the beginning and had a lift done with small rod that didn't do much any lifting. Called the store and told them about issue, and they asked me to send pictures and eventually rescheduled me to come back and redo. Place is clean and is peaceful. They play good music and you can book services online.

I have been going to Lure Lash for over 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is the best! It all started when I walked in a little unsure whether or not I wanted to get my lashes done, never gotten it before I was hesitant, Nikki in the front desk assured me I would love it and that I will be in great hands and she was right! I’ve been going every 3 weeks since then, they are a group of amazing women. I cannot thank Anita enough and also Trinh for making sure my lashes are amazing in my every visit!! Love you ladies!The place is always clean, they take extra precaution on cleanliness but honestly it’s always been such a spotless place. I’ve never had irritations or issues with my lashes, just follow their instructions on how to clean them properly and you’ll be coming back like me!To Nikki, who schedules all of my appointments and for still putting up with me even though I forgot my appointment on my wedding week and she called and called to make sure I got them done. Lure Lash in Somerville is simply FANTASTIC! I've been going there for a few years now and from day 1, Nikki, the receptionist, has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She is the most kind, sincere and thoughtful person, who always does her best to find me appointments that work, even when things come up she keeps me on track for a regular schedule. Kay has been doing my lashes, and she is AWESOME! Very friendly, and very good at what she does!!! LOVE my lashes and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I have been getting my lashes done the last year and a half and have finally found someone who does them the beer, out of many places I have been to.If you wanted great lashes that will last, you must see Kay. She is such a sweetheart and seriously does an incredible job on my lashes, every single time. One time they lasted a whole month and still looked great!
