I had some gold and silver coins, and an old watch, that I was looking to sell. Keith was extremely patient with me and explained to me as we were going through all my pieces. All gold testing and weighing was done right in front so I could see. I even had a couple Morgan silver dollars that I decided not to sell. Keith was kind enough to give me some plastic coverings to keep them safe!

I returned later in the day because I had some more questions. Keith was busy with another customer, so Gayle immediately assisted me and was able to help me. Truly exceptional customer service. Keith and Gayle are also just genuinely wonderful people. I will definitely be back and will send any one looking to buy or sell in their direction. Thank you again!
