Excellent company and customer service. There aren't too many places you can try before you buy so the fact you can buy 1 serving sizes samples to test supplements before you buy them is amazing, Marc was accommodating with a last minute request to add to my order and everything I've gotten from them has been great quality with timely delivery. Will absolutely continue to use them. Great job Ruesco!

Marc has always gone above and beyond with customer service and communication. Often replying to email queries after hours making sure I’m always kept up to date on the status of my orders. Such an awesome site! It’s hard trying to find supplements that work well, and it sucks getting a full tub of something only to be disappointed and stuck with a $50+ tub of something you don’t want to use. The variety on Ruesco is unreal, and it’s really cool to be able to try a lot of different stuff before commuting to a big purchase. Customer service is great too, Marc has answered any questions pretty quickly and was very accommodating when I wanted to add something to an order I had already placed. Highly recommend for anyone in search of some new supplements, have made a few orders and will absolutely be making more!

Do not do business with this company. They harassed me for their own mistake. Sent me the wrong item and then expected me to send it back and wait for the item I ordered. They contacted me repeatedly to the point I feel like I have grounds for a restraining order. Could not give zero stars so I had to give one.

first time experience with this company, I made a purchase online and the transaction never went through, I got a little upset so I talked to the company and within minutes they explained I had put the wrong zip code in. Definitely and error on my end but when it comes to supplements we want our stuff and we want to know that the company we purchase from will respond to our needs quickly, CUSTOMER SERVICE will always make or break a company. I love their site and their products are legit, looking forward to business with this company definitely recommend.

Ruesco is legit. They have great customer service. If you get something wrong on your order they fix it fast with no cost to you. I also forgot a particular sample on an order and messaged them about it and they added it for free. I've weighed out their pre-workout samples to check the serving size and they're always spot on too.
