Cindy and Ramy are the greatest example of customer service, even though I know I don’t have to go to a bank anymore I actually take the time and stop by when I can and say hello, If there was a bank that I was completely 100% sure I would not have an account with, it was Unity Bank (generally) been to 6-8 different branches and always had and issue, cashing my payroll check, never failed to make it complicated time consuming and irritating, Then I walked in this branch and they felt my displeasure. Their patience and attitude was the best I ve experienced in a while, I’m in Nightlife management. Takes a lot to win me, they did.

I got my debit card & the staff here are really are amazing incredibly friendly & what an atmosphere it here just love it & god bless this place ? I really do recommend to getting your first debit card here they were very very much helpful with them me so yeah God bless this place ?

Not a customer yet but had a great customer service experience with the assistant relationship manager Paige. I am a local business who is solicited Everyday! but Paige found a nice way to introduce her self with a gift set of unity bank pens and her card, she also bought from my store. THIS is how you build relationships! thanks unity bank, i will defiantly consider your services.
