United States Postal Service locations generally offer a range of services with varying customer experiences. Several reviews highlight positive interactions, such as helpful and professional staff members who provide efficient service. One reviewer praised a representative named Melinda for her kindness, professionalism, and quick assistance in resolving a mailing error from Florida to New Jersey. Another reviewer appreciated a smooth, straightforward transaction involving purchasing stamps, describing it as an easy, in-and-out experience. Additionally, some locations are noted for their knowledgeable staff, including employees who are friendly and well-informed about products and services, making visits pleasant and efficient. On the other hand, there are negative reviews that mention poor customer service, including rude or disinterested staff and long wait times. Some customers expressed frustration over difficulty reaching staff by phone, especially in certain areas where the phone simply rings without answer. There are also comments about employees adhering to postal guidelines without deviating, which can sometimes limit the level of assistance provided. Despite these negative experiences, many reviewers believe that problems are often caused by difficult customers rather than staff. Overall, the USPS locations reviewed are seen as capable and professional when staff are helpful, but experiences can vary depending on the location and individual staff members.
Was an easy experience, as it should be at a post office..Went in, purchased roll of stamps and left. In and Out. I call that a win.

The people so rude. A black girl doesn’t want to talk with Spanish people and use the phone all time you are talking to her.

Based on this information from a company I ordered from, I don’t think you should trust usps with your holiday shipping. “After investigating, we confirmed that USPS left a batch of orders, including yours, unscanned and not picked up at a sorting center. ”
