Do NOT fill your rx here. They will not tell you when they are waiting for insurance approval and warn you about what your out of pocket bill will be if the medication gets denied. I would have never filled a medication for my son here had I known any of the information above and would have reached out to his pediatrician to call in a cost effective substitute. They are so focused on filling whatever quota the higher ups have set for them, they are willing to lie through omission to make that happen. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy.

The African American cashier with partial shaved and partial braided hair on top was rude and unprofessional. It was very cleared that he didn't want to be there and didn't want to help the customers. Had his arms crossed. He didn't greet the customers and didn't thank the customers. Terrible, terrible attitude.

I don't write reviews for anything but my god it seems like every pharmacist working here has the customer service skills of a bed bug. Even a new young looking guy cant help but be as pretentious as possible.

The pharmacy staff is friendly and customer friendly, but boy the parking lot is filthy. Garbage everywhere, it's like a junkyard. I go once a month to pick up medicine and it never changes. How can the manager not see the trash? And DO something about it??

The pharmacy technician is the reason I don't care for this Walgreens anymore. She's not a doctor, she's not a pharmacist, and she's not insurance company, therefore she should not be denying my medication or lying to me about what it is due. By law, she's not even be discussing my medication with me like that. She is not trained. I'm not one to complain but it's happening too many times out to the point where I had to make it known.
