Not only is Wells Fargo is the worst bank to ever do it, but this location is the worst location. Lazy, not helpful, and just all around awful.

By far the WORST branch of wells fargo i have ever been to. They act like they are busier than the president to get something done that takes 5minutes. There are multimillionaires with more “time” to be respectful to clients than the people that work here.

Teller nervous and unhelpful - Manager could careless if you were in the bank. Don’t waste your time you’ll get nothing done.

This place doesn't even deserve one star I came in to withdraw $200 and gave them my licence all my information I even opened my mobile app with my account number and they didn't want to give me my money because my signature wasn't exactly the same as in the system. Save yourself the time and drive to another branch. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!!!!! ps: Luis Q

Poor And lazy customer service from the manager and branch manager. Manager gave me an attitude when I asked to speak to the branch manager because she could not tell me why the bank would only partially clear my check and hold the rest for 10 business days. This bank penalizes new customers for being new and partially holds larger deposits for 10 business days. Never experienced anything like this I walked into TD bank before with a check 4 times the check I deposited at Wells Fargo opened a new account and all my money cleared 2-3 business days.

This bank is ok. I needed help with few issues regarding my account & wasn't satisfied with the way the manager handled it & she kept repeating same thing to me 10 times!!! She was annoying!!! There is no drive thru & parking can be difficult during day time hours.

I recently joined this bank with the assurance that it would make my life easier. Not quite true In fact I haven't even been with them for a month and am already quite disappointed. It's made for a tremendous inconvenience. Their lack of urgency is quite repulsive and they tell you what you want to hear but don't follow through. I called many times to try and resolve matters. Don't get me wrong they do call and don't leave messages. I actually had to leave a message to leave a message on my phone because I cannot answer my phone at work. I did not appreciate being told my deposit of a check would be placed on hold for over a week after I had made the transaction. Had I been made where of this before the transaction occurred I would have cashed the whole check. I came into this bank expecting the promises they made to me day one but actions speak louder than words. Hopefully someone will resolve my issue and maybe make some more confident changes for Wells Fargo customers. Waiting for a response from Wells Fargo still.. Wouldn't you think if they valued me as a consumer they'd make an effort to accommodate me with my odd schedule? I think it's safe to assume that after moving states and finally getting my first paycheck I'm a little disturbed that Wells Fargo has treated me so poorly and held my money hostage still for over 10 days... 10 days! is a little extreme for a monetary hold for a new bank member especially since that check is from a quite well established employer. Might I mention I still haven't had any real resolution but the "it won't happen again" it's still happening, I still don't have access to my money. Imagine moving states and trying to get things together for a new life here, yeah it's expensive, now imagine finally getting some money and being told "oh you can't use any of your money because we've placed it on hold for 2 weeks" Believe it or not, this isn't their first offense to me. I'm giving Wells Fargo 1 more strike before I take my money elsewhere.

This bank is one of the worst in Somerville, and I've seen worst but this takes the cake. On a Friday forget about going there noon or afternoon the lines are ridiculous. Limited tellers and they are slower than pouring molasses. On peak times you think you'd adjust the schedules accordingly to provide fast efficient service to the customer, it's actually the opposite! It was enough to make me close my account and go to another bank!

I've been using this branch for simple banking for about a year. All I need to use is the ATM in the foyer area. You can access the ATM when the bank is closed by swiping your card at the outdoor entrance. The ATM remembers your last operations (for example, "withdraw 80 $ from checking, no receipt"), so using the ATM is very fast. You can deposit checks at the ATM, but now that the Wells Fargo app supports mobile check deposit, there's no need for me to use it.I've never used the drive-thru or the humans inside, so I can't attest to the performances of those features.
