Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare is a reliable vehicle maintenance business that focuses on preventive care to keep cars running smoothly and help customers leave worries behind. Their main service, the Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change, is more than just an oil and filter change. It is a comprehensive service that includes changing, inspecting, checking, filling, and cleaning key parts of the vehicle to improve its reliability and longevity. Customers often praise the staff for being knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, providing quick service and helpful advice. Many mention that the team is respectful, friendly, and professional, making each visit a positive experience. The service is typically fast, often completed within 15 minutes, and staff are attentive to additional service needs. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as their vehicle feeling misaligned or damaged after the service. One customer reported that their car was swayed left after an oil change and that their driver-side visor was broken, with no accountability offered. Despite occasional concerns, most reviews highlight consistent, courteous service and recommend Jiffy Lube to others for vehicle maintenance needs.

Chris went above and beyond today. Took my jeep to two other places and they just paid me no attention an said I couldn’t fix the problem. Chris not only fixed my issue with my battery but did the oil change as well. I was in and out and couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Chris!!!
