I have had a mortgage and accounts with this bank for years. Recently the management has gone Down Hill and is not willing to work with its customers. Please bank elsewhere!

Everyone is very helpful and I never have to wait more then a couple of minutes. I am always greeted when I enter the bank. I have been banking at Santander for over 15 years:)

i need to be make payment international but system was dicline i was calling but the telling me going to bank show your id am going bank but still have problem i was agian call and he say go to bank one transaction and time now 4 days

Convenient location albeit navigating in and out of the parking lot will require some car avoidance skills. Santander Runs a decent shop, online access, easy payment scheduling, free checking etc. Interest rates on Savings, accounts, CD's etc are as deplorable as their counterparts. Mortgage rates aren't anything special at all. Santander's ATM policy is one of the worst in the industry, their fees are ridiculous. $3 a clip regardless of whether the ATM you are using charges surcharges or not. Use of their ATMS is free however if you are outside of the tristate area....good luck. It is particularly offensive when Quik Chek and Wawa offer surcharge free transactions but your home bank rakes you over the coals for $3. In their defense CVS pharmacy has ATM machines and many are Santander so no ATM fee would be billed.

I totally agree and the staff is like my family. I wish all other branches were like them. Max is the best!! His crew are wonderful and they treat you like family. .i hope they give them a great bonus and time off..

Closed my account without notice the was and no one there can give me answer. They are always under staff and new people every other week this can't be the bank the everyone know you when you walk in. Stay away this place is horrible
