DO NOT GO ! 0 Zero Star if I could put that option!!!! Went today 08/01/25 to get pedicures done for my best friends wedding tomorrow . Both my best friend and I pedicures French came out horrible I had to pay another nail salon immediately after . The place is clean inside but the 2 nail techs we had couldn’t do a simple French . Pedicure was 35 dollars charged extra 10 dollars for French and the quality sucked . I asked to speak to the manager because both workers couldn’t understand English after I tried to tell them the lines were curved and I want square The manager came over and said the white line is messed up because the nail isn’t filed straight I said yes your worker didn’t file it perfectly she fixed my friends nail but still wasn’t right and mines I refused because I was over how a professional place was too busy rushing people to do others when I made a 10:30am appointment and didn’t even let my nails soak was cutting my cuticles on dry feet RED FLAG and even after I complained only said sorry and still charged me for both pedicures $45 each and left there with a half ass job I had to go to another salon to pay for a color change and correct the file job DO NOT GO !! My best friends pinky toe had no pink line barely was missed up the owner didn’t even fix !!! Shame on you ! Lastly the lady sitting next to me her tech had to fix her big toe plain white polish 3 times because you could see the strike marks and the nail tech didn’t understand . Save the frustration and money . See my photos below as proof !!!!

I had been go to this place for 15 years. It gave me very good service. Tony was excellent manager and manicurist. But when Jessica takes care of this place it was getting worse. The salon itself became beautiful.The prices became higher but service worse.
Yesterday I was in salon for simple manicure and pedicure. I was served by 3 manicurists because each one has another client at the same time. Last manicurist was Jessica. She was in rush and cut my finger's skin. It was happening first time in 15 years! Shame on you Jessica!. You are not a professional and not good manager.

I went to New Star Nail Salon for the first time yesterday. The salon is very clean and new looking. I had Tony as my technician. He took his time doing my nails (full set of acrylic tips and gel polish) and I am very pleased with how they turned out. I will be going back soon. Thank you Tony!!

I have been going here for quite some time and they do a decent job. I make my next appointment every single time I go for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, so appointments are made 2-3 weeks prior every time. I was there today getting a gel manicure done by Jessica who for the most part does a pretty good job except the past few times because she’s always in a rush, double books herself, and does 2 people at a time. Today she completed my nails and says you can come tomorrow for your pedicure although I had an appointment and my usual pedicure tech wasn’t there, which I was fine with anyone to do them. She took 3 walk ins ahead
Of my appointment time and tried to push me off until tomorrow. This is not the first time she has tried to push me off to another nail tech or another day. She is unprofessional, mocks you in your face and rolls her eyes while doing your nails. I brought her several new customers and she has no respect for her clients!

The main lady in the front is lowkey rude, they are over priced I paid $75 just for my pinky not to be done.

I did not book but got seated within 5 minutes. I recommend booking ahead of time because they’re usually busy. If u were to wait they offer complimentary drinks and snacks while the wait. Everything was really cheap and I got the best experience ever.

Came here in a pinch for a gel refill and was really impressed with the service . It was quick and they were very sweet with my daughter who did her nails while she waited for me . I will update this review to see how long they last . Also I loved how my nails turned out !

Called to make an appt and was given a price of $32 over the phone for gel pedicure and I could hear someone in the back telling the lady speaking to me to hire the price! So she said $42 and the other lady grabbed the phone and said $45.... I guess they hire prices for new clients. So with that being said, I will go elsewhere. I don't need to be ripped off.

Very disappointed. My gel manicure didn’t even last a week. After two days, the black lines were chipping fading and a week later a chunk of the gel polish came off. They need to use better quality nail polish. I really wanted to like them, but it is not worth it if the nails don’t last.

Loved how my nails looked , very precise. Very friendly staff. Recommend to call ahead of time for a secured spot. I went in as a walk-in sat down for 15 mins for someone to finish with their client before being seen. But if you were to call ahead no worries you’ll be seen fast. I asked for a full set acrylics for only $50.

I've tried other salons in the area not impressed. My experience getting a pedicure here are great. Neo does a great pedicure, takes his time, and pays attention to detail. Give them a try.
