Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Went into the Verizon store expecting help and instead got completely ignored for over TWO HOURS. The employees were more interested in chatting with each other and playing games on their phones than doing their actual jobs. Not once did anyone check in, offer an update, or even acknowledge the long wait. No sense of urgency. No customer service. No professionalism at all.
This is ridiculous—Verizon, you need to seriously look at who you’re hiring and what kind of store experience you're allowing. If I wanted to waste my time and be ignored, I could’ve stayed home.
Avoid this location unless you want to lose hours of your life while employees treat the store like their personal hangout spot.
