Had an appointment with the post master, Jeff for 1pm and he never showed up. I took time off work for nothing. The people in the office aren’t great either.

My postmen and the post master and always so accommodating but the lady working the counter is always so nasty and complains about doing her job. I am looking into switching my business to another town because the behavior is so frustrating.

Got myself and my daughters' passports done at this location last Friday. The associate who helped us did a fantastic job getting the applications organized, passport photos taken, and payment done all while helping walk-in customers with their parcels. I really appreciated her efficiency.

I think it’s really unprofessional that the manager Sherry has attitude when I’m trying to ask her where my packages when they changed between yesterday and today like three times yesterday and three times today am I understand how it works and everything but to be a store manager of a facility and coming off really arrogant and rude when I’m trying to figure out where my packages it’s really unprofessional and the attitude that she had she shouldn’t be a store manager. This is coming from somebody’s been in Store Manager for 46 years and her rudeness the way, she came off, is really unprofessional and the messages she laughed, was really arrogant and unprofessional, telling me to have a blessed day who Says that coming off really arrogant southbound, bro post office is the worst

I wished i would have read all the reviews before coming to this post office. I wouldnt have ever stepped a foot in this place ever again. I went in for my childrens passports and left with a sour taste in my mouth. As you can see everybody has met the very uneducated and unprofessional ebony. You can see in the previous reviews we can all agree that she is the problem but when i spoke to her postmaster she stated i was in the wrong for asking to speak with a manager because she doesnt want to be bothered and due her job. When I told her about how unsatisfied i was with her very lovely costumer service skills. The post master sharies, sharifa,sharima got very cross and furios started screaming on the phone like a banshee and stated she would like to see me try and run her office and i was never allowed back to her post office again. I didnt know she owned the building and paid the rent. I only simply asked to speak with someone above her. Due to her not having the capacity and being able to comprehend the severity of the problem. She stated that her very entitled ebony didnt do anything wrong but yet they have 3 stars and multiple people can even name her out of the whole facility. Instead of taking all this input from more then one person about something being done she resorted to blame everybody but herself and ebony in their lack of acknowledgement and taking customer service seriously . Please safe yourself just drive a little more further and dont waste your time here. The postmaster and the employee are both very insensitve and need to be trained in customer service. I hope that one day they get what they deserve and have more empathy towards people. If there is a good reviews about ebony im 100% sure it was her writting it. Please usps do something about these two very unhappy people.

Walked in to send very important paperwork to the IRS and got no help at all. Clerk basically didnt want to take the time to tell me options to send. I asked for a signature and a way to know they have received the paperwork and she basically said there are many ways so go outside and the wall will explain. I asked her if she can help me and she basically refused.
Thats where our tax money is going. Incompetent employees who dont want to be there to begin with.
I went to another postal service office and they were more than helpful

The lady in the front desk, Ebony, is really rude and impatient. From the start she was not friendly and not helpful. The bad reviews about the staff at this USPS are not lies

Most useless postmaster. Couldn't resolve my informed delivery. Told me to wait for it to finish even though there is an issue with it. It's been months and my informed delivery not working. Lazy postmaster lady

Nasty. And RUDE.
No Sense of Patronage.
ATTITUDE EVERY TIME‼️
They don't care. Primarily that main young black women.
Hair always in a bun/ponytail.
Like my goodness Never a good day??
DO NOT RECOMMENDED.
LET IT DRY UP. Go elsewhere with better reviews. Make the effort. Worth it.? ?#ASHAME USA USPS.
