Wow! Such nice people!! I had a check engine light turn on me unexpectedly. Toyota was closed and I was driving to Georgia the next day.
I took and chance a checked if auto zone could check the engine light. Soon as a I walked in I was greeted with a warm “ Hello, welcome”!
I thought I was back in the Deep South. 🙂
They promptly checked my engine light , joked with me, exchanged friendly banter and they told me it was just the engine cap.
The guy said just tighten it and drive for a few days and it would go away. What a relief!!!
Now I feel safe getting on the road tomorrow.
I can’t express my gratitude enough for their assistance, honesty, and friendliness!

I always come to this AutoZone, mostly to drop off oil and grab a thing or two. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always great! Shout-out to Burhan for always giving me a hand with what I need and with the speedy service!!!
It’s always nice to see some folks at this AutoZone take care of you and help find out what project you ah e going on at home! It’s a nice little store and I’d come back all the time!
I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are, but I understand it can get busy and things get stressful, but if you can’t be patient, you obviously won’t get the service you need.
In other words, if you aren’t patient, go somewhere else. This location can get busy at times, and the way Google predicts the “crowd meter” is pretty accurate/spot-on.

Very bad means very bad experience one store employees Mr. Bhuran is so so so rude with me I just simply replace battery even I said anything wrong then I am responsible then also so rude with me, I request don't atleast visit him particular

Not enough people there apparently. The associate refused to serve me because there isn’t enough people. That shouldn’t be the case in any Auto Zone. Management need to do better.

Very bad experience with store employee when I ask for help to understand the offer, he offered me his glasses to read!! he was so unprofessional, rude. For the first time in my life I had such bad experience in the store. I was shocked due to his behavior.

I stop by this Kendall Park location. The young man James was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosed my vehicle and gave me great advice.

Always greeted upon entrance and given knowledgeable service. They don't hesitate to let u know about a sale and will help with whatever auto issue u have. Above and beyond customer service here! ??

Nico is phenomenal! I had an issue with my car not starting today after work, due to the battery. I went about 2-3 hours getting help from various people who tried jumpstarting the car. I used different cables, different machines, different vehicles and nothing worked. Eventually I managed to get a jump going in the engine and I headed over to this autozone immediately. I went and got a battery diagnostic and it came back good. So what Nico did was he disassembled the battery and cleaned all the parts, all the screws and bolts. He lubed everything up, removed rust, retightened everything back in place, etc. He saved me from blindly buying a new alternator or battery, which I didn’t have money for. Nico treated the car with such care and compassion, and I can tell he knows his way around cars very well, due to the delicate care he gave my car. I’m grateful that he was able to resolve my 2 hour long problem in less than 10 minutes. My car immediately started back up and I was able to get back home. Mind you, I was 30 miles away from home, not from this town. I can say the customer service I received from Nico- left a great impression on me; not just on this store but the whole town as a whole. THANK YOU NICO
