Overall the bank is good. As is there aren’t many branches close by, and now they close on Saturdays and they do not have drive through anymore. Looks like this branch is going back in time!

My experience here is very good. People are busy with other things when I arrived. Jeffrey at the front desk helped me very quickly when the others are not available. 5 stars service!

The customer care is very rude at this location. I called for Forex service and she asked me to follow mobile App and hung up on phone. Very pathetic response from customer care. I wish I just leave BOFA; I have been a customer since 20 years but such responses are very unwelcoming. I just wish I could give zero starts.

Ron, David, Sue, Badrika, Alison... the entire staff is so friendly!!I've been coming here for a decade, but in recent years, it's become increasingly difficult to get coins here. Is Bank of America holding change from circulation? I don't get why it's so difficult to get change from a bank.

Great banking experience, contacted this branch to open a new account, Spoke to Shambhavi on the phone where she did a great job walking as through the whole process. When we went to the branch she was waiting and account opening was as easy as it could be, She was very courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Went in without an appointment as I was in the area. I had to close an account for deceased parents. Already had been to other branches who "couldn't help" me. Allison was amazing. Took the time to sit with me, explain everything, called the corporate office and got it done. I would open an account at this branch just because of how wonderful Allison was. Thank you!

Went to the bank to deposit a check from my husband which is a boa customer as well. I asked the teller to deposit the check without putting a hold. She then says the money would be available Tuesday. I said that's not what I asked for. All that needed to be done was cash the check and deposit it as cash. The supervisor comes over and says today is Monday's date, which I am well aware of. They ask for ID I give my drivers license. She says I need your debit card. The debit card was reordered yesterday and I only have it in the digital wallet, which I am not familiar how to access since I was just advised about it yesterday when the card was reordered. I show the card with the last four numbers. I ask do you need to see the entire numbers and the teller states no. Then after I closed it she says yes. I had to figure out how to retrieve it again. Mind you she still has not cashed the check to put the money in my account as cash. I mentioned during the process I previously worked in a bank so I know what the process is to not have a hold. The rude supervisor begins to say if you used to work in a bank you should know.... The other black male teller is chiming in as well. They were taking too long to reverse the transaction so I said leave it how it is and give me my deposit slip. I then see the other teller pass the check back to the teller waiting on me , which I have no clue why he had it. I left and sat in my car very upset. I then see 2 police cars arrive at the bank. There is no reason why the police should be called on me since I had no false ID, no nothing. I filed a complaint with customer service and scheduled an appt with the manager. The staff and supervisor should be properly trained. Worse customer service. I will never process a transaction in this bank again. I only want to meet and speak to the manager.

Very rude customer service experienced with this Dayton, NJ BofA representative using the first office on the right by the entrance !!! ... I forgot to read the reviews before going there but now the very low rating is clearly understood ... avoid getting mad at this bank because of some of their employees not understanding how their behavior can cause customer closing their accounts at BofA ... just select another branch.

I have been Bank of America customer for over 25 years. This branch, and in particular the branch manager is rude and does not even want to acknowledge his customers or their complaints. I have had problems with this branch's ATM repeatedly. Whenever, I brought this to branch manager's attention, he responds by saying, "you are the only one who has problems". His attitude is, don't bother me! This entire branch's customer service is suffering because of him--his staff follows him because of his poor customer service standards! He even said to me, if you are not happy, close your account. He gets personal instead of trying to help you or resolve your complaint--he simply does not want to acknowledge any customer. I am really unhappy at this branch and have been BOFA customer for over 25 years. I wish there's another branch close to me.

It’s 9:35am and they are closed. This was a major inconvenience for me because I just drove some distance and the website said they’re open
