Patric is amazing! Had an issue with my auto loan due to a dealer mistake, but Patric was incredibly helpful and empathetic. He spent time making calls and got it all sorted out. He also gave me great financial advice for my personal banking. I was lucky to have him help me today!

Extremely disappointed by the chase bank and this branch. I put request for currency conversion and they charged me 9% of total amounts fees. Who in the world charges 9% for currency conversion. When I noticed that I went back in 15 mins to cancel my transaction and they said it’s too late and your transaction is complete. When I said generally within 2 hours you can cancel these transactions, they said well in this case it’s not possible because we don’t do conversion and send request to Bank of America (really? Why don’t you do your own conversion being such a large bank?). So effectively I lost $200 just in conversion. When I asked what if I don’t pickup my converted money. They said well you will lose $400 more in reverse conversion. To add to that, when I tried to talk to manager of the branch, she was quite unhelpful and said we can’t do anything. It’s extremely disappointing and ridiculous the way banking is done here. I am a 15+ years of chase customer and this is the way I am treated. Highly not recommended bank. I guess it’s time to move all my banking to some other bank.

I would leave zero stars if I could, because this establishment is useless. I have been there several times to withdraw from the drive-thru ATM bank closed. Of course. More often than not the ATM is down. Might as well just shut the branch down.

I had an appointment to open an account for my daughter. She was so excited because we collected all her money from her piggy bank
and it was in rolls of coins. The banker working with me was Estarlin. He took all my rolled coins and even helped me count some loose change to add to my deposit. His energy was amazingly positive. I had such a wonderful experience and he respected my time as I was on a lunch break. I received exceptional service and had a wonderful conversation. He is truly a star at that branch. I hope he’s recognized for his A+ Customer Service and incredible knowledge. I recommend seeing him for your banking needs.

They deserve less than one!!!!! If you have to do something important at a Chase branch, don't come to this one. The treatment is very hostile and they will make you feel as if you were a brute.

Horrible Chase branch, incompetent staff.I went there to pay off our car loan. I brought all the documents and check from the bank. They were not sure, went back and forth, consulted each other, called somewhere. After 30 min., they told me that I can not pay off this loan since it is under my wife’s name.I went to different Chase branch across the street and in 10 min everything was done. Great people, nice and professional.Don’t waste your time going to Chase in Monmouth Junction. They don’t know what they are doing.

I would advise NOT to go to Chase - especially South Brunswick location. Mainly and specifically due to the branch manager's attitude, TRINA is extremely rude and doesn't seem to have any value for people bringing new business.Just went in to open a savings account at 4pm (closes at 5). And was rudely told no one can accommodate me by TRINA. When I mentioned, "ok, I rather take my business elsewhere!" All she had to say is have a good day.No wonder the rating of this location is 2.5. With a manager like TRINA, not surprised.

Came to Chase today for a cashiers check- Mr. Corey Jones helped me out. He absolutely made my day ? so friendly, courteous, communicative, and thorough!!!! Its horrible experience. There is not even an ATM machine for their customers to use. Nearest location from here is almost 10 miles. Better they close the branch and we are also realizing how bad to maintain an account with them.
