Lost my appointment and out of 16 windows only 3 were servicing customers. They kept calling people who had already left at least 20 mins ago. This is the worst place to get anything done

I arrived early (20 mins) for an 8am opening for inspection services. I was third in line. You can line up early in front of the gate, but there is a chain in front of it. Chain was not removed at 8am, rather we had to wait until 8:04. Not bad. The gentleman that opened the chain helped get tickets handed out to people and was very pleasant. Staff promptly took the two cars in front of me. You should make sure that you have your drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance ready. I only waited about four minutes and they opened up a third lane and took me right away. The inspector was also courteous. Inspection was completed by 815am. I also was able to drop off my license license plates and get a receipt for them. That was done by 818am. Great job MVC!

Had the least helpful and most condescending receptionist on Saturday, July 27 at around 1pm. Went there and she basically rid me off not even willing to answer one question before saying next and when I tried to ask her for more information she just smiled and didn’t bother answering treating the client as if they’re stupid for even asking and with zero desire to do her job and be helpful to the client in front of her face

Pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of this MV agency. Employees were pleasant & helpful. Kudos. It was a Tuesday afternoon so there was no line to get my vehicle inspected. The business I needed to update inside their office first was efficient, very little wait time.
