This place has very bad service, they talk to the drivers and say they come to your house and it's not true, and also when you have to go get your package from the place, it's terrible service.

Apparently this branch took it upon them selves to change my shipping address, won’t be receiving my package as I cannot open a claim or change it back to correct one.. only the shipping party can. Truly hate fedex.. they actually deserve 0 stars because 1 star is to good for them. Really wish companies would just ship through usps or ups

Absolutely horrible! Every year I have a problem receiving packages from this branch. And every year I speak to a supervisor and nothing changes! This facility needs new management or to be shut down!

If you order any brand name products they steal it. Unless the package has no vendor name. Anything from Nike, Macy's, Adidas and Ray-Ban are some of the products that never make it to me. Then I spend hours with customer service that I have a hard time understanding and can't ever connect you with a manager.

Adding to the already growing list of woes, this facility is everything that’s wrong with FedEx. My packages coming from this facility almost always gets delayed or pending. No door tags, communications, no knocks, vans showing up just to leave empty in a few minutes..damaged shipments and customer service investigations and anything you can think of in terms of possible resolution going to a black hole.. avoid this place or FedEx like cancer

That terminal has poor management. I started off as a package handler and moved up to QA. Since I got promoted to that position, the manager for that department has been constantly harassing me. I was under a P&D manager, Tyler Vasquez. When I got promoted I was told there would be a $2 increase. When I asked about it Ms. Vasquez told me everyone gets started off with the same pay and it's not based off experience. I took the position anyway even though it was a 90 cents increase because I liked working for FedEx and in hopes I would advance in my position in the near future. As time went on, while working in that department Ms Vasquez decided to bully me in front of other employees in unload. Ms. Vasquez came to unload while I was amongst other employees to tell me "oh if you can't pick this box up you can go home. I don't want nobody to help her". After that situation I then felt the need to speak to my HR rep Vivian. While speaking to the HR rep about the situation I then also asked about my promotion and pay rate. I was then told it it is also based on experience. I proceeded to say I have over 12 years of experience and received a 90 cents increase while Ms.Vasquez was hiring male employees and giving them a $2 increase with or without experience. My HR rep told me my pay will increase when the portal opens up for pay raises so I waited. Fast forward, now there's a problem with me and my assignments. I was moved from one belt to another and when asked I was told everyone will be changed to learned the different belts. A whole year past no one else was ever assigned to a different belt and all I was told from Ms. Vasquez is, "No matter where I put you people seem to just gravitate towards you". There was a full time position that was open that no other employees had a chance to apply for but was given to another employee. When asked about the position I was told the other received the full time position from FedEx. I once again proceeded to ask my HR rep Vivian. The rep then told me she was not sure when that portal was open for the position because she handles 4 terminals and told me whatever Ms.Vasquez told her about 2 employees resigning. After speaking up because I think everyone deserves a fair chance to apply for the position, Ms.Vasquez started eliminating my tasks. Everyone was getting 5 tasks to do throughout the day I only received 2. After two weeks I asked Ms.Vasquez about the tasks. I was then told that these are the task that's given. I then proceeded to asked "If you are my direct manager of this department and you are assigning these task then why am I only receiving two while everyone else is receiving 5 or more." Again, her response "Those are the tasks that's given." I did not feel that was an reasonable response so I then told my senior manager and told him I will be contacting HR. This time I made a call to the alert line. Once I made a claims after a few weeks I was contacted and was told they will look into it. A month passed by and I did not see any improvement or any changes being made so I called for a follow up. I was then told it was closed and resolved. I replied saying it was not resolved because it's no improvement same results. I then received a call from my HR rep to asked me what's going on. This is the first time my HR rep Vivian spoke to me about the situation. I then told her everything and she said she did not know about my tasks all she knew about was the full time position. Once again my HR rep never asked me any follow up questions went directly to Ms.Vasquez and asked her and again Ms. Vasquez told her whatever she wanted to tell her. While I did speak to my HR rep when she did call I did tell her I did not feel like she was helping me because Ms Vasquez tells multiple employees "we can go to her" meaning hr rep, "nothing will happen to her" meaning Ms.Vasquez , "because we are cool". For the last 2 weeks all my packages ended in different addresses. All of them were huge, so I needed to pick them up by myself.

This Fedex ground location has thieves working there. I have had 2 baggage of mine being stolen from this location by the employees and haven't been provided any resolution on the same. Everytime the package went through this location, my baggage was stolen. Dont send luggage bags via fedex if they end up in this location they would most probably be stolen!!!!!!!!!

I have an ongoing issue with this facility for 3 YEARS now! When a package goes through this facility their system changes my address to 3 Russel Court Long Branch, NJ every time. This is not my address! It is a parking lot!. And they actually delivered 3 Christmas presents to the lot this year. After tracking told me it was delivered, I drove to this site and there was my package just sitting in the lot! Otherwise they say “undeliverable address” and I never get it. Have tried many times to fix this through “customer service”. It’s a nightmare. Thank god not all online stores use FedEx.

First package delivered to wrong business address, they even got the building number wrong and they took a picture! Now dealing with 2nd package, out for 3rd attempt and they are still not going to the right adresse. On the tracking it says the business was closed and that was a straight up lie. No fedex truck anywhere near our business at the times they claimed they were attempting to deliver. These drivers can't be very bright!!! These drivers are coming out of Dayton NJ location, and you cannot speak with any live customer service, so frustrating, i will never use Fedex again. At least UPS Drivers use their common sense!!!!

FEDEX can never get my address correct. Packages always end up at different places. It's happened more then 3 times! I'm not going to say what I really want to say. You guys really need to improve.

This is for Krystle! She's amazing! I have had YEARS of issues and worked with many people in the Dayton Hub to resolve my issues and she's not only a kind human, but she's a hard worker who genuinely wants everything to go right for customers. Love u Krystle!
