Store inventory is always inaccurate even after I called in the day before to confirm they had the product but all of a sudden all 8 of the tool bags were gone but still in the system and online showing in stock for all 8 units. The associate also was incredibly annoyed I asked her to help me after I spent 20 mins looking myself in various points of the store.

I normally don’t write reviews for one offs but 0 stars for consistently poor customer service. For context I have done major renovation recently and bought around 30k of materials from them. Last year they charged me for 22 flooring packs while I got only 20. I realized their mistake and went back to the store but no help. They said they will call me back once they have reviewed the recording but they never did. Today I rented a chainsaw that had worn out chain on it and did not do the job I brought it for. They charged me full rental money. On top of that the person at rental was suspecting as if I’m lying to him about it constantly saying this has been heavily used. Obviously I tried to use it but it didn’t work. Their supervisor came and also rudely said I’m not refunding it period. It is pretty evident they don’t care of customer service or experience. Rude and suspicious behavior.

I’m having a terrible, awful experience with flooring department and IT. I have visited the store 4 times including today and IT and managerial staffs have not been able to process my refund of a flooring order. My family and friends will never use this branch after this extremely disappointing experience.

i am not one to complain about places like ever i like to leave good reviews but this home depot is not the place to go.
i was made uncomfortable by a staff meme her while exiting the building this afternoon.
A staff member of home depot was being quite inappropriate towards me. when i walked outside the building this staff meme we asked me if i was good then i replied with “yes” as i walking away he was still speaking but then after i got far enough away they then made a disturbing comment to what looked like an average customer. It was weird.
i’m not trying to diss anyone but if your staff members are being unprofessional and inappropriate then you got a problem. check up on the people you hire that’s all i say.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with 1800 Heaters, a water heater installation company that partners with Home Depot. Initially, they provided a very appealing quote over the phone, assuring me that the installation would meet all permit requirements. However, once their technicians arrived at my home, the situation took a turn for the worse.
After inspecting the setup, they claimed that the quoted work would not pass the permit requirements and insisted that additional, costly modifications were necessary. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Despite my protests and showing them their own quoted promises, they refused to honor the original price.
What was supposed to be a straightforward and affordable installation turned into an expensive and frustrating ordeal. Their unprofessional and misleading approach has left me with a very negative impression. I strongly advise against using 1800 Heaters for water heater installations or any services through Home Depot if you value transparency and honesty.

There is a lady in the flooring department who has such an attitude. I frequently purchase from this store and have always gotten an attitude from her. Her name is Felicia. I believe she is a manager of the department. I spend big $s at Home Depot and has for years. Why do I have to deal with attitude??

I witnessed the lady working self checkout was being very rude to a family. Their cart was stuck at the exit and basically called them
illiterate for not reading the automatic lock sign on the cart. Poor customer service
