Worst place to bring packages. I asked one question and the person treated me with disrespect. Not everyone knows the difference in sending out packages. The lady was very rude at 4:52PM i understand it was closing time at 5:00PM but i just needed help with 1 very simple thing. I never leave reviews ever unless it’s something very good. First time leaving a bad review ever.

This post office is always very professional 👏. I applaud them for dealing with some unruly customers who gets frustrated when they are being told what needs to done for their transactions. I never experienced a problem with the employee their they all displayed most respect. Thank you for assistance me in business at the post office. You are well needed and most appreciated!

It's always one old lady, and she hates her job. She will yell at a customer each time you go. She is always rude to all. Worst experience you will ever get. Please replace her with other. I would give 0 stars for sure.

Worst experience ever, saturday ladies at the both extremely out of patient and rude. Close the doors at 1:50pm, mind you service provided till 2pm.

Unfortunately, post office has been closed. Everyone will have to find a new facility to complain about …
Never had any issues here, staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.
I will miss having a local post office nearby …

The old lady at the counter is very very rude ........... feels like she needs a break.

Bad post office. The postmaster Sonya Gilbert told me she was going to drop her pants and flash me. I do not want to see that thank goodness she did not do it. Also I saw her arguing with other customers here on multiple occasions, my son Petar said he went down to mail his eBay packages and said he heard her screaming and cursing at a customer so he left and went to another office instead. Very bad office, very low class low IQ individuals working here such as the postmaster, do not use this office unless you want bad customer service and a threat to be mooned by the postmaster.

The attitude in this place is worse than a retirement home losing at BINGO on Saturday night. This is truly unacceptable. I’m not mentioning names but Jesus Christ some of this employees just look miserable working here and it shows. Do something about this Franklin/Kendall Park Post Office.

If you don't want to have a bad time, DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE. That person is so unpleasant and rude. According to her, she is doing us a favor by serving us. I would just like to know if she is doing any community work or is she an employee of USPS? At no time did I disrespect him, although believe me, I didn't lack desire.
