At 11:00 am on 05/19/2025 we had an appointment with the passport lady, we came in and we found out that she left for lunch (at 11:00 am!) and she won’t be back before 1:30 pm :) I like that

After visiting this post office numerous times over the past couple years, I've noticed a big decline in customer service. Upon entering, there is only ever one worker behind the desk, or there is NOBODY behind the desk, but you can hear people in the back room and you must ring the bell. Service is always soooooo painfully slow, that I have walked out on several occasions and gone to the UPS store in Monmouth Junction. The post office appearance on the inside is depressing and very outdated. After my last visit to mail a package this past week, 1/28/25, I walked out again and went to the UPS store. Sorry guys, but if Post Office Services's are declining in the past fews years, I can see why. Nobody has time to sit in line for over 30 minutes to buy a stamp or to mail a package.

Horrible. Bad enough the carrier refuses to make any effort to deliver mail, but those in the office fail to provide all mail when I go to actually pick it up. Pathetic location. Needs an overhaul, including management.

Yes I won’t disagree with other people reviews. Not a very good place and always looking for option to overcharge. I was denied to use business reply envelope on which no postage is needed but I was asked to pay for those or it won’t be delivered. This may be because this is the only one post office in the area. The postal blue box is also not available except this post office

I have a package that has not been delivered and the tracking shows out for delivery since Aug. 2nd. I talked to the supervisor at this post office about it and she said she would look into it and call me back. I went back a week later and talked to the postmaster and he assured me he would look into it and call me back. Well of course I never received a call back. Now I see why they have such bad reviews if management can’t even take care of their customers. But when you go there you see them doing nothing! Just horrible management!!!

The worst customer service I have experienced.
I placed my mail on hold via the USPS online service. Upon returning from work , I waited thirty minutes on line only to be informed that the post office did not hold my mail. In addition, I spoke with Post Master Bill ( he would not provide his last name) and he informed that the USPS online service does not provide accurate information. Wow, with the price we pay for stamps and the rate increasing a nickel as of July 14th, one would think customer service would be paramount. If the Post Master of this office has no confidence in the system, why would we?

Extremely horrible place.
1. Super rude front desk lady. We forgot some documents for passport application and she was rude in her responses. We rescheduled our appointment and she wasn’t there, we waited for 20 mins then left.
2. This same horrible place lost 2 packages of mine within less than a week and told me tell get back to me in maximum 2 days. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard back yet.

We were only late 5 minutes from our appointment even if I bring my own photo for passport and my appointment was booked for photo as well!!!
The lady just told me there is someone after me so she has no time to fill up the application.
Absolutely bad experience.
Worker was not helpful at all.

I have been going to this location from almost 14 years. I have good experience with most of the employees except one lady she is super rude, never greet and talk in a strange tone. I went to this location very recent with my child with disability and she started talking to me rudely even I was not asking anything from her.

This lady Surinder Kaur is extremely rude every time I go to this post office, I wish I don't have to see her face, but she is always there and rude, I had passport appt, she went to lunch without calling me to confirm that she is not gonna be there, I had to take time off from work and make arrangements for my kids but she can care less about other people's time, never going to this post office again, I wonder why no management from this office is giving her a warning after seeing so many negative reviews about her, hope someone does read these reviews that people are posting here and take some action soon, and tell her to change her attitude and stop being rude and yelling at people for no reason!!!!!

Why would a post office who already has so many bad reviews (which are all true by the way) decide to close from 12:30 pm to 2 pm! Just ridiculous!!!!
