I joined the line, where there were two other customers ahead of me, both waiting for a single customer who was taking quite a long time (it was not an issue with the teller). I stood there with my bank card and check in hand, hoping for a quick transaction.

To my pleasant surprise, Victoria, the bank manager, approached each person in line and introduced herself, asking about the reason for their visit. When she got to me, I mentioned that I was there to deposit a check. She immediately pointed out that I could use the ATM inside the bank, offering to show me how to do it. I had forgotten about this option and was grateful for her reminder.
