2017 Mercedes Benz E300// My car was diagnosed by 2 different mechanics and they both told me the wrong problem 1 of them even fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Wilton brought my car in assessed it and dealt with the problem within 4 days he had my car back to me like nothing ever happened & thats with all the other cars he’s dealing with. Great Guy Great Job. Highly Recommend

Great and honest mechanic, showed me everything that needed to be done and the car was fixed right with unbeatable prices and service , they kept me in the know the whole way and made me feel super comfortable , if you want your car done right, and don’t want to get screwed go to BW auto service, 5 stars isn’t enough .

It’s difficult to find a trustworthy, honest, reliable and cost effective mechanic nowadays. BW Auto Service has been a blessing. From our family Honda Pilot, to our commuter Toyota Camry, to our newer model BMW 330i, all maintenance is done at BW Auto Service. All new original parts without the dealer over charges. Only repair what needs to be repaired and avoid dealer scams!!
Shared photo is from four new rotors and brake pads replacement. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and had no issues waiting in their fully equipped customer lounge.

Took me a while to find a shop in nj that I can trust! I made this shop aware of my issues and they checked everything out for me and got it done, no where else did as they were supposed to and thoroughly check my bmw but this one went above and did just that. I’m appreciative to these guys because this problem I was having went on for months and I couldn’t enjoy my car how I wanted to because no other shop could find solution. I say all this to say this shop is amazing and are very reasonable compared to other shops in New Jersey.

Very knowledgeable mechanic, brought my bmw for service and the price was very reasonable, great customer service, very professional, great euro auto repair shop highly recommend.
