Took my son here and he and I had a blast. The staff was friendly and the place overall was clean. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected on a Saturday. For the price, I think it was worth it and we'll most likely come back again The only thing that sucks is the parking. Be VERY careful where you park because it may not be an actual spot and you'll get either a ticket, towed, or both. Besides that, definitely a place worth checking out if you have kids

This place is an absolute cesspool. It's overcrowded, it's dirty, absolutely filthy. In fact, they allow too many people in so the kids can't even enjoy themselves because they're packed in like sardines. There are so many better trampoline parks avoid this place at all costs.

I love urban air but some of the trampolines are broken. Whenever i try to go on the tumble track there is always little kids or babies in the way just jumping around when it's supposed to be used for tricks. There are many other trampolines that they can use. This place is very fun to hangout with friends.

We had been to UA before. It was sufficient for a child to blow off energy. I got an email for gift cards. Spend $50 & get $100. The purchase email clearly states to print out the gift certificate and sign my email & phone number to the paper. That's all the children need to have their jumping fun. Nope. The children arrived w their papers w the email & phone number & were told the purchaser needed to be present with ID. Isn't the point to gift said certificate so gifted could use at their chosen date & time?? No matter which way I argued w the representative, who acted as a middle man because her supervisor was not a strong enough leader to get on the phone, I ultimately asked for a refund (I'm still waiting for said refund). I then cashapp'd the parent of the children the $$ that was supposed to be on those gift cards. Urban air, we will not utilize your facility again. I'll await that refund!

We came here to let our little one jump, climb and play around. We came very early and was able to understand the admission process and what the place looked like. Later the morning, it was chaos so be ready. They have food inside but limited. But the place was clean, staff was friendly and we didnt feel rushed. We will go back again since our little one enjoyed it. This place gets a recommendation!

This place gets the job done! I love that they have rooms for private events (birthday parties) They have food that kids love (pizza especially) & they offer a variety of obstacle courses for the kids to enjoy. Great for parents to sit back and catch a break. The BEST part is when we get home and the kids KNOCK OUT!!

Had a nice experience. Very busy, BIG!!!! definitely keep an eye on your children:) There’s plenty of cool stuff , price varies depending on what you choose to do. Theres parking , we went on A Saturday very busy, so we parked across the street. If you have socks for other Jump places bring them & for FREE they exchange to Urban air Socks.I just suggest that Music be a little lower , bc there’s so much kiddos yelling, announcements for parties & the people talking. That IT!!!!I would definitely recommend & I would return.

This place is large and insane ( in a great way)! There are so many options to keep the kids busy. I had my son's 6th birthday here, and it was a great experience. The room hostess truly took care of everything so I could enjoy the party. All the children had the time of their lives and worked up a great sweat. I saw staff going around picking up trash and cleaning through my entire time there. My only issue is that even though they have such a large parking lot, on a busy weekend, the parking can still be an issue. They do have workers in the lot to help though. This place really goes out of the way to try make a child's birthday as easy for the parent as possible, that did not go unappreciated. It's totally worth it!! The provided gifts bags were also a hit.

My daughter had such a great time and she really loves this place. I want to send a special thank you to a worker named Jordan who went above and beyond his job duties to help me. He should really be acknowledged for doing such an amazing job. Thanks Jordan ❤️

Loved every second of it. First time there, till now the price/per hour was too high to pay but now that the price is per day was willing to try it out. Kids had an absolute amazing time. There is so much to do there for all ages and doesnt make it feel like its too packed. There were also plenty of adults(including myself) jumping and having fun. If the keep the prices like this I will definitely be going back.

The Urban Air Trampoline and Adventurer Park was a fun, affordable space for children to kick off their shoes, pull up their socks, jump up and down, climb, bump cars, or compete in a kid-friendly version of American Ninja Warrior. We visited on a weekday and it was not as crowded as I would have imagined, with the exception of the day camp group. The floor layout was huge, including several party rooms and bathroom stalls. However, more staff was needed to ensure public safety, particularly the children. They were primarily stationed at the individual attractions. Therefore, I will continue to accompany my child to the restroom. FYI, parking is scarce in the area.

I had a terrible experience at this kid indoor playground. Firstly, the food and chicken took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when they finally did, they were extremely dry. It was a disappointment.Furthermore, I tried playing a VR game and asked for assistance, but despite being told that someone would come, I waited for over 30 minutes without any help. The lack of support was frustrating.only one person can play VR, She said it's not fun at all, it's not as good as the VR bought at home.Comparing this location to another one in Texas, it's clear that the quality here is much lower. The other location provided a better experience overall. To make matters worse, I purchased a gift that could only be used for food and tickets, but not for video games. This restriction is puzzling and limits the options for kids to have fun.Overall, this kid indoor playground falls short in several areas, including food quality, customer service, and variety of activities for children. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements.

BEWARE!! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE MEMBERSHIP FOR Urban Air!! Urban air membership is a scam! purchased membership in February 2022 and I asked if I had to email or write a letter of cancellation they said no it will contact me via email if I wanted to continue or cancel when 1 year is up. Realized they were still charging my cc till April 2023 the following year, called urban air to cancel and was told I needed to email : (
[email protected]) to cancel numerous time only received an email saying someone will contact me. So they kept charging till June! Finally fed up called my CC company as a dispute and was told they would handle it... FINALLY Urban air emails me saying the membership is cancelled as of ... JULY 30! So if you have purchased a membership you need to first email saying you want to cancel then contact your CC company right away because they will not reply back till your CC company contacts them for a dispute!
