I’m having an extremely frustrating experience with this FedEx Ground. My package requires a signature, and despite waiting at home every day, no one. Literally NO ONE shows up - yet I receive notifications claiming a delivery attempt was made. This has happened multiple times, lasting over a week now. What’s worse, neither the local team nor customer service has been any help in resolving the issue. It’s been a horrible and stressful experience from start to finish. I do not recommend their service at all.

Driver too lazy to actually deliver the package guess it was too heavy??Left it at bottom of stairs.If it was raining would he do that??I realize they don't know how to use a door bell or knock..
But comon!!!...Terrible service..UPS always leaves at door and rings bell.You get what you pay for.

Delivered my packages to the wrong address three times in a month. The so-called proof of delivery showed mailroom of some unknown building instead of my address. Reported missing package on their website, FedEx’s email denied package went missing the first time and stopped responding to subsequent reports.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THEN THAT WOULD BE BETTER.I had a package that was to be delivered three weeks ago. The driver would not come to the house. He stared at it and walked around the house. I opened the door and called to him to bring it up since he had parked in the street .He looked at me and walked away and took off. The next driver would not even come to the house. he stared at it from the street and took off.I could go on but you wouldn't believe it. Fed ex has fallen. there customer service sucks and they don't resole anything. It might because they out source and the people you speak to from ome cpuntry outside the states have no clue what you are saying.

Terrible service. Lost my package with not one tracking update. This location was only two hours away from its destination. 0/10 do not recommend.

Fedex is a complete disaster. I live in edgewater nj. Over the past 12 months fedex has screwed up a dozen deliveries. no matter how many times I leave instructions or call and complain. Now, not only am I not getting my latest package delivered, but fedex refuses to allow me to pick up the item at a local facility. The item that I paid for. Abysmal customer service and a complete moron for a local driver. Never again. Ups or usps only. I would have rated zero stars if I could have.

Trying for weeks to get my deliveries for my business through the back door where all my deliveries come. FedEx refuses to follow simple instructions on the shipping label and bring it through the back door. Driver keeps lying, saying business is refusing delivery rather than follow simple instructions. Spoke to his supervisor that claims he can't do anything about it. Will only use UPS going forward.
