I haven't been inside in years because of the attitude i had experienced on numerous occasions, but i do use their outdoor mailbox out of convenience. Every time i mail something from there it either gets lost or arrives like weeks later. Horrible

Help my package and instead of devouring it to where is should have been delivered and sent a message saying it was available for pick up on a Saturday when they weren't open.... Went there the following Monday and they said it wasn't here and they lost a 1000$ package..... Scumbags who work here and they did nothing to help me

Package is just sitting there. No movement. Workers are probably just sitting around doing nothing except talking about dey weekend n sheit. Fire these lazy people. Replace them. DO SOMETHING! Look at the reviews of this pathetic place.

If I can give a no star rating I would. This place is the worst. They lost my important documents and no one has an answer as to what happened to my mail.

Negative stars. Took my money and lost my package even though tracking says its in this warehouse somewhere. Will not refund anything. Complete robbery. Customer service exists to pass the buck on accountability and telling customers there is nothing they can do. Will never use USPS to ship anything again.

First time here picking up a letter and the customer services was good. A tall guy was helping me I dont inow his name but he was very nice and it was in and out quick. Thanks I appreciate it.

One woman at the counter and many supervisors behind closed doors, estimate 4 suppervisors to one actual working employee. Counter has little to no support and is subjected constantly to complaints of unresponsive entitled supervisors, however she was very helpful but grossly out numbered. I submitted a missing package claim which demands a response in 48 hours from someone behind the curtain. I had to return 7 days later and then and only then did a supervisor take any action. I feel for those in usps that are hard and caring workers. This location is filled with supervisor that have little to no accountability. It took them 15 days to escalate my request out of the s hackensack Branch to Teterboro and as such my package is lost. This review is written as a warning to the general public. Your package is not safe here!

So I went to mail out a letter and I needed a stamp envelope. The envelope wouldn't close so there was tape in front me that I didn'tknow was for sale so I used. I went to pay for it and the girl at the front desk said did you use the tape I said said yes she said it's not for sale and I explained to her that I didn't know it wasn't for sale. She gave me so much attitude I asked for a manager and she did nothing but ask to pay for it. Which I told her no because it clearly a mistake I would never return.

Horrible post office, wish I could reroute my zone. Always delivery issues - particularly with boxes. I’m writing this as I stand by the window to figure out where my box is- which said out for delivery yesterday- and then changed to ready for pickup. The woman who answered the door is rude and I had to give her the tracking number 3 times.

No parking available. 10 spots of which 9 are taken up by employees and 1 spot for customers. I had to wait 20 minutes for the 1 customer to leave so I could park. Advised to talk to post master. Go knock on door. Of course there is no answer.

Zero. Does not deserve a star. The employees are lazy and don’t provide any useful information. For context, Package said it arrived last week and was out for delivery. Then showed it was still at this location. Employees said their own usps website is wrong and told me to leave my number. I questioned them further and they said that leaving my number was useless as no one would call. I asked what I should do then and they were not helpful. Use UPS or FedEx. They are a joke here with missing packages.

Only one clerk working. Helpful, but not particularly friendly. Just matter of fact attitude.This particular branch has always been hit or miss.
