To begin with she stayed open beyond office closing time just to help us then she worked with us to cobble together the correct paper work. She exhibited the type of customer-centric attitude that’s hard to find. I’ll always look to this company for storage needs because of Atiya Williams (and her colleague at a ExtraSpace Storage in the Glassboro location).”

“Been using a temp controlled unit for 22 months now. Good customer service, great privacy. The reason I gave four stars and not five is simply because of the price jump over the two years. I understand it’s all based off of market value for storage units, but just wish it was locked in that’s all. Went from around $120 to $178. Finally moved out today! “My mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

“Such a beautiful and effortless process. Met Kip the new property manager….so courteous, professional and we even shared some laughs. Found a unit perfect for Mr and the perfect location ( close to the gate entrance). Friendly atmosphere and I would recommend him to anyone when applying for a unit!!!! “My family has used Ample Storage in the past, so when I moved out and needed a unit, I knew Ample would be my best bet. It is in a secluded area & the lot is very clean and organized. My unit was clean when I opened it and perfect to use to store my things while I transition to a new apartment.”
“I was late picking up but they still loaded me in a hour they have 2 building the 1st building is on 55 commerce ave which was the wrong building and it's very tight getting in and out,but the 2nd building is a mile and a half up the street in Sewell,NJ on 108 Densten rd and they closed @13:30,I believe,but has a little bit more room to maneuver,but you still have to back up off the street,not a place for first time drivers at both locations at all,so please be advised and they don't have staging lanes,so you might have to park on side of the road or call way ahead of time too let them know so they can give you a door before backing up, good luck drivers”
“Very clean, well taken care of, and safe. However, it is not locally owned and i have never seen any one in an office on site in case of any problems. Telephone communication is always friendly and helpful though.”
“Would be nicer if could have access to units 24/7 or at least sometime past 5pm because if working til 5:30pm during the week makes things difficult. The process of getting a unit and then moving out of a unit was great! Just the app didn't let me upload photos so had to go to the office to complete the move out process.”
