Hi, my name is Eleonora and I recently moved from Italy here in South Orange. I decided to open a bank account on Chase bank and honestly I couldn't believe it was possible.. but I had the chance to meet the excellent preparation of Mr. Erison Valdez-Hernandez who with his 10 years of experience has been able to find a way to help me opening my bank account, so now I can receive my salary, I can make payments online and he helped me as well opening Zelle. All the questions that I asked, he had the right answer…I couldn't be luckier!
Plus I speak Spanish :)

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business, Elijah was amazing!!!.
He went above and beyond to help me fix my issues.
I was very impressed with the quality time I received with Andrea the day before and Elijah today. It was exactly what I was hoping for.
The customer service at this company is excellent. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. All the employees are really nice and friendly!

you do not even have access to getting your money in the morning if you want the door is broken. It does not take any cards to let you get to the ATM machine. I have tried it several times other customers have tried it. I called and told the branch about it and they gave me some crazy excuse.

While I was already a Chase customer, I really appreciated the service of Eddie Hernandez when I opened a new account as a Business customer. I was a walk-in, yet he gave me his full attention, and made sure that all the paperwork I needed to obtain the services I required was in place.

Came in on a Saturday morning and literally sat and waited over 30 mins to be seen. A customer walked in and took a seat to be serviced but yet a banker can’t come out in the waiting area to see if anyone wanted to be serviced. And the branch manager was rude if I never stood to be seen no one would never come over to ask questions. Need better people bankers.

I felt like I was being profiled. One of the workers at the window there seemed to do everything to look like they were busy in order not to help. She took every person but me even though they either went and came back or was clearly in line behind me.
