I have been coming to this car wash for years. For the price, my car comes out clean. More importantly, I have found all of the staff to be very nice and honest. I have accidentally left money in the car and found it right where I left it. They find things underneath my seats and put it on the seat.

I understand that these car washes will not leave your car spotless. However, this one in particular seemed like there was minimal effort put into servicing the vehicle. I got the Works Plus and was very disappointed. First and last time.

One of the workers literally tried to steal me IPhone. When I said I would call the manager and find my IPhone showed it was still at the car wash they ran out the bathroom and acted like it was in there. Terrible experience, will never go back.

Have been here a few times and even had another car detailed without issue. Had my car washed on May 20th. Car was clean but later realized the crossbars were MISSING from my Explorer. I returned to the car wash today and was told my crossbars were not there. Then my missing crossbars were in fact found on the side of the building. No explanation as to why they were removed and/or reinstalled. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable business practice. Still waiting for a call from manager/owner.

Worst car wash experience I had the African guy perhaps he is the manager is very rude to customers. There was no reason for this man to talk to anyone like that. This is a very unprofessional business
