Worst experience possible. The pharmacist Ozy is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting Walgreens corporate. If zero stars was an option I would have opted for that

Bathroom out order for more than 5 days. As a place that has people coming there with children and elderly this is unacceptable.

WORSTTTTTTTTTR pharmacy !! Stay away, these people would watch you die, I kept calling for a long time , got put on hold several times no answer! I got to the store it’s like 4 people awaiting for their prescriptions she tells me it’s a 45 min wait, I don’t understand why are they so unorganized !! Doctor called in prescription hours ago and I still can’t get the medication. Pharmacist on duty is the worst.

Staff were attentive, eager to assist, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about location of products, etc. Two staff members (especially the first person who assisted me) took time to stop what they were doing to help me find the items I needed. There was no more of one item, and another item did not have a variety to choose from. All other items were good. Other employees were friendly and helpful, as well. The restroom could be better, but the store was clean and stocked appropriately. Wait time in the line was okay. Overall, staff went above and beyond.

Terrible customer service. The place is disorganized, the refrigerators are always empty, messy or not enough selections.

Thought I'd save a few minutes stopping here after school dropoff instead of driving to the independent pharmacy on Springfield. Instead, I spent more than 10 minutes with two people in front of me on the checkout line, obliterating the time I thought I'd save because the store is understaffed in the never-ending quest for profits over customer. Next time, I'll head to the independent pharmacy and skip the wait!

Haven’t had an issue here. It’s clean and organised and manager is really nice. Check out is slow however but other than that I have no problem.

It was my favorite Rite Aid/Walgreens to go since it is closer to home but now I’m force to go to a different one because the service is unacceptable. Since they people that was there before are no longer there it has been a total mess . The wait time is ridiculous. They don’t answer the phone, you literally have to make a trip to the pharmacy if you have a question.I had to make multiple trip before someone meaning a different pharmacist who barely works there but she was covering on a weekend and was able to wave the co pay on my meds because the others didn’t know what to do instead they arguing with me telling me that the computer showing that I have been paying so who is lying??? The computer or!!!!! How rude??? The African lady pharmacist was not so nice to me when I was there for my recent flu shot and it pains me up to today. I hope that no one had such an experience. Great communication and customer service skills are what keep a business to the top and get great reviews to so start by treating your customers the same way you will want to be treated when you stop by to pick up your medication.

Since the change over from Rite Aid with a new staff in the pharmacy it has the worst service I've ever experienced. I received a text saying my Dr hasn't responded to a refill but my Dr said they sent it twice last week. Today after my 3rd call to the pharmacy and a 20 minute wait each time someone finally answered the phone. I explained the situation and was asked to have my Dr phone in the prescription only for them to hold on for over 20 minutes and had to hang up. When I phoned back I went thru the store manager so that I could speak to a person but still nothing. At this point I'm having all my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy. What a shame I've used this pharmacy for many years but no more.

The pharmacy could hardly be worse. Impossible to reach by phone. Very long wait in person. If your insurance permits you to use South Orange Pharmacy for a reasonable price, I would advise that.

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy we’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist are all rude and disrespectful. They operate under the notion that all black people are trying to sell they’re medications. If you’re ill and truly need your medications this is no the pharmacy to use. They didn’t fill my medication several times I’ve waited for over two hours just to be told they were out of stock and it wasn’t their problem. My prescription eventually expired, starting the process all over. I’ve never been so frustrated…

Don't go here . I paid for the prescription membership club just for these incompetent people to tell me that it wasn't working that they couldn't find me and asked me more than 3 times to Pay full price of prescription which makes no sense when I paid for a prescription club they don't take after so many excuses and after spending more than hour and a half with this lady going back and forth I got tired and asked her to speak with the manager she claimed that there was no manager there until Thursday it wasn't until I decided to speak with the manager that she claimed they found me on the system and finallygot my prescription. Today they lost my prescription I've been calling them and they hanged up on me I call it says that I don't have a prescription there get your prescriptions somewhere else. Very disappointed it could be a life or death situation and they don't give a flying about it

If I would be able to do 0 stars I would. Made an appointment online. Waited about an hour. The cashiers at the pharmacy both work at the same station taking 1 customer at a time. Two cashiers for one customer. After I waited the hour when I finally got to the register they told me they were not doing vaccines to reschedule online. They should have had something posted. Is unfair to have people waiting for such a long time when if they had a sign posted people wouldn’t wait. They need customer service training.

HORRIBLE!!! I'd give 0 stars of I could! As a medical assistant calling to speak to the pharmacist, on hold for an hour! Giving patients wrong information and almost impossible to speak to staff to correct. They frustrate our patients whom cannot contact them on the phone or are turned away and told to contact the office which cannot reach them either. They're unable to answer any questions also. Please find another pharmacy other than this one
