I recently had the pleasure of visiting T-Mobile in South Orange and was assisted by the wonderful salesman, Joshua Martin. From the moment I walked in, Joshua greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. His customer service skills were truly exceptional, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.Throughout my interaction with Joshua, he displayed a deep knowledge of the products and services offered by T-Mobile. He took the time to patiently explain all the options available to me, ensuring that I understood everything clearly. What stood out to me the most was his friendly and approachable demeanor - he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.I highly recommend visiting T-Mobile and specifically asking for Joshua Martin. His authentic and friendly nature, combined with his knowledge and dedication to customer service, truly sets him apart. Thank you, Joshua, for making my visit a memorable one!

I recently visited T-Mobile in South Orange, NJ, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to Josh, the sales representative. Josh's expertise and friendly approach made my visit a breeze. He provided tailored recommendations, answered all my questions, and ensured I left the store completely satisfied. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I will definitely be returning for any future mobile needs, thanks to the positive experience I had here.

I would not recommend the 55+ plan.. Everything slows down after awhile.Bad data connection... A lot of buffering of videos etc. I'm going back to Verizon the first chance I get. I use to have a good data connection when I first signed on. It's been about a year and a half since then. Not good .

Worst set of people, very sure the manager was not around at the time. Went in there to pick up a replacement phone that was shipped there by tmobile , the lady did not even let me say much before telling me that they won't change the phone because they are third party bla bla. So disappointed and will never go back there ever!

Customer service rep greeted me immediately and although she was working with another customer she didn’t ignore me and let me know she would be with me shortly. That really goes along way.

T Mobile has become a giant mecca amongst many urban communities with stores all over to serve their customers; so you would think. So, why is it that every time I need to visit one of these convenient stores, they can never assist or help me with what I need? Two visits over the last twelve months and twice they were not able to assist for the same thing; a private screen replacement for my 12 Pro Max. I am really starting to rethink why do I bother coming to this place. Five agents in a store and I'm the only customer, no one greets me, but everyone sees me; so I assume because all their eyes were on me. I had to initiate conversation as if I were the employee. How rude and disrespectful. T Mobile needs to do better. Please hire people who will consistently deliver outstanding Customer Service; not just in the interview. This was an horrific experience.

I forgot this store was even there. I always ended up catching the bus to Irvington or Orange. Went there and the girl just seem like she didn’t want to be bothered by anyone or anything. Luckily the guy was more upbeat and welcoming.

The store manager in South Orange was very helpful when he saw how disappointed I was about not being able to buy the only 6SE model in stock which was a demo model. He ordered me a 6SE immediately when he also saw that Best Buy took 1/2 hour to answer their phone. He also told me about the T-Mobile Wi-Fi which is $30 cheaper than the Verizoni I already have. I’m considering changing

At T-mobile my Tech was very fast, good with customer service and efficient, I always can walk into T-mobile in South Orange on Sloan st and get the answers I need right away.

Great 1st visit but when I went back with issues found the manager spoke to me very intimidating. I am 69 he was a foot taller just not acceptable.

Tifany was so caring, clear, and very efficient. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with a smile and asked what I want. Tifany was clear about my options, pricing, speeds, and what was available at this location. I brought my three children with me, so Tifany understood, without me having to say, that I needed to work quickly but effectively. She was great, and I must say, this was one of my best experiences at TMobile. Thank you Tifany!

The customer service was so nice and friendly. I really appreciated that everyone that came in while I was there was served with the same amount of respect and helpfulness. Jeff provided both me and my family member the best help and we left really satisfied. Really glad that we did business at this T-Mobile location.
