We order Tito’s very often. It’s not always consistent but tonight it was really good. Everything was fresh, well cooked and fast. I will say anytime it’s not good and so am asked for a review, I let them know and they always make good on it.

We came here for the four pound taco and weren't disappointed. It's somehow smaller than I expected, until I saw my partner start eating it. Unsurprisingly, it falls apart pretty quickly so the key is to remove the taco holder and spread the chips out underneath so that you basically create nachos for once the taco shell has fallen apart/been eaten completely. He got the big Amy and said that all parts of it were great. All the ingredients seem like they must have been made to order because the place was nearly empty while we were there and it took a while to get the taco (it's a good thing that it's made to order and not just sitting around!). The guac was good too - not amazing. The medium salsa was not great at all. The employees were super friendly.

This was my first time trying Tito’s SO location - I’ve had it from their Ridgewood location many times. I placed an order online before I arrived for 12 wings and a side of beans and rice. When I arrived a little over 20 minutes after I placed the order, they said my order would be done soon. I had to wait there almost 20 more minutes for my order and when I got home, I saw that my wings didn’t have the celery and carrots that they’re supposed to come with. The food is good, but i was definitely disappointed with the pick up experience.

food is always pretty good but the last two times I’ve ordered for pick up. I’ve been told 20 minutes and I’m waiting in there for over an hour while frantic workers get moody with the customers because they don’t communicate and then the customers get upset that they’re waiting in there for a long time while food gets cold. Managers seem like a really nice guy, but the two guys working in the front we’re all over the map.

Darell demonstrated remarkable patience as I deliberated over my food order, showcasing my occasional indecisiveness. Taking my time paid off as I ultimately settled on the delightful New Chicken Tortilla Soup, brimming with flavor and generous portions of chicken, corn, and beans—an absolute treat! We also savored the Grilled Chicken Quesadilla and Burrito, opting for sour cream and guacamole on the side. The Chicken Quesadilla, akin to a sizable pizza pie, was definitely worth its $15 price tag. The overall experience was enhanced by excellent service, delectable food, and just the right ambiance—music that wasn't too loud, allowing for enjoyable lunchtime conversation.

The food is good and service is absolutely fantastic. It's my go to place for a great meal that doesn't break the bank.Vegetarian options: Easy to customize the menu to your preferences which is awesome.

The tacos are great and really the highlight of the visit . Had shrimps with hard shell , fish with soft shell and beef with hard shell . Ordered the wings- wish they had an option of just flats alone. The cashier was very pleasant and the young lady in the kitchen - not sure if she is a server too but asked me if everything was alright with my meal and offered wet wipes . I will return and order more tacos .

We love visiting Tito’s! The food is always delicious and they always take the best care of us! Everything from the fresh made tortilla chips (which go great with their variety of salsas or loaded nachos) to their namesake burritos and wings (perfect texture and really enjoyed the Nashville hot sauce) to their massive quesadillas (the Miguelito has literally everything but the kitchen sink) was truly delicious and left us wanting to taste more and more… Also, the Fat Amy Taco is as good as it looks (and then some)! They also make some incredible desserts! We got to try the cookie dough empanadas and their brand new fried brownie bites with marshmallow dipping sauce aka “lollipop s’mores” (little bites of heaven). Check out Tito’s in South Orange, Summit, or Ridgewood, NJ!

Food was good. Used to be better. They not only no longer have salsa bar and free chips you have to pay for a tiny amount. Chips were ridiculously stale. Service was decent. Overall too expensive for what you get and they charge for EVERYTHING like salsa/hot sauce for your food.
