This is a great store with great staff! Fred, Sharonda and Baron are friendly, competent and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help customers and make them feel relaxed and welcome.

I’m extremely disappointed with the UPS Store’s misleading advertising regarding notary services. Nowhere on their signage or online listings was it indicated that notary services are not available on Sundays. I made a trip all the way to the store specifically for this service, only to be told upon arrival that the notary isn’t available on Sundays and that I “should have called.”
If a service isn’t offered every day, that should be clearly stated up front, not hidden behind the assumption that customers will call to confirm. This lack of transparency caused a complete waste of my time and effort. It’s unacceptable and frustrating. Do better.

I was going to give you that especially to Phil.
I didn’t use their pc but he charged me for pc usage. I sent an email for amazon return label to print but they charged printing and use of pc unnecessarily. Also extra copy of label.

The person serving me was awful - he was extremely slow, felt worse than in a DMV. He also tried to overcharge me for an envelope, I had to stop him. I’m also not sure why I was charged so much for a non-urgent letter mailing. I told him it was urgent only needed tracking number. It was a regular sized one sheet paper. I even brought my own envelope. He made me purchase an envelope and likely overcharged me for the postage. He was very rude and felt like he didn’t want to be there. Please hire good people!

This ups store has changed for the worst over the years I have been a loyal consumer for years but hear lately not so much the service is horrible I went in to print a ups label to make a return and the young black guy told me to log in on Dunkin’ Donut WiFi to print my label . That didn’t work so he sent me to rocket ship up the street just to walk back to this store . Never going back this store should have there own WiFi for there costumers.

I really like this location! They’re always helpful! Today a store assistant named Fred made my returns so seamless! He was polite AND managed to keep the line cleared! The store got really busy but he kept order an helped everyone it seemed in a timely manner! I really appreciate your assistance today, thanks for making it easy!

Sheronda, the UPS store Manager is Amazing! She found my sons wallet outside her store. The next day she went out of her way to return it to the University. We happened to pull up behind her at that exact time, what luck! She immediately recognized my son when we pulled up next to her. She wouldn't even take a reward from us. She is honest! Kind! Trustworthy & a beautiful person inside & out! There are great people on this world! We appreciate you so much! Have a blessed day!
