On the first day of the iPhone 17 release Saad and Gabriella were swamped with customers, yet were continually gracious, offering us seating and apologizing for the wait. They couldn’t have been more efficient and professional, creating an actually fun atmosphere! I enjoyed my day with them, switched to Verizon and received the phone and iPad I wanted. Thank you Saad and Gabriella!

This location deleted my comment DO NOT GO HERE! The workers barely ever want to help you. Every time you go to this location it’s always “ can you come back in a hour or 2 “ I don’t understand why I need to wait 1-2 hours for help when it’s usually two workers in the store ??? FYI EVERY TIME you remove my comment I’m going to add it back! Close this location or hire new everything employees, managers, district managers, etc. I love my service but I do not like this location it’s a waste of time of even going here .

I went to this store because the hours show it was open until 5 pm. I arrived at the store a little before 430 pm. I was going to pick up a phone I bought online. When I arrived it was closed. It looked like it was closed long before I arrived. If you are open until 5, you should be there until 5. That gives me very low confidence in how and who is running this place.

The Sales Representative, Saad was amazing! He was pleasant, professional and patient. He made certain that all of my questions were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a cellular tech problem resolved. Kudos to Saad for a job well done!

Poor service. Went a few times to try and get a new phone. First two people were fine. I went back to pick it up and they couldn't find the case. I got another day and it's closed when the hours say it's open. I go back another day and they had lost the phone. Finally I go back and they have the phone and case. They start to help me set it up but then one employee leaves and the other is just watching something on her phone. Not everything transfered correctly and now I'm waiting on Verizon customer support.

My experience with Pat was wonderful. He got my phone set up and ready to go. I really didn’t want a new phone, but he assured me that it would be an easy transition and he was right. He answered all my questions and gave the hints on ease of view for my device. Very courteous, very professional I would recommend him highly five stars.

Just want to commend Gabriela & Michael for their expertise and patience. I had an issue that Verizon (online & over the phone) could not fix for days. I arrived at the store and while it did take some time, they were able to fix the issue completely in just 1 visit. They understood the issue and worked together to satisfy the customer (me). They were patient and made me feel as if I was the only customer. While there were other customers coming in, their focus and priority was the customer in front of them (me). Thank you so much for turning a negative experience around. You have found a customer for life.
