I recently purchased a cell phone at Version in South Orange, NJ. I returned days later for Scott, the person who sold me the phone, to assist in setting up the device.Scott's accuracy while tending to detail in working on my phone was impressive. During the time that he worked on setting up my cell phone, customers came into the store. I watched him multi-task while maintaining his professionalism and customer service commitment.I had a stress-free experience in purchasing and setting up my cell phone with Scott. When it is time to upgrade my new cell phone, I will seek Scott for his assistance. Saving money and getting a bang for my buck will always be a priority for me!

Highly recommend going to the location on Springfield ave. The staff at this location screwed up a new iPhone order twice, said they weren’t in stock, didn’t admit they can take an $800 trade-in offer, didn’t make the effort to find another location that had the stock (Springfield did) and were just all-around buffoons.

The store was supposed to be open until 7. p.m. The website, to hours on the door and google all declare 7 p.m., at 4:30 the door was locked and we were not the only customer who arrived to a closed store.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT IS NO LONGER A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS.The only reason I am giving this business 1 stars is because they were KIND. Waited 2 hours to receive assistance & they literally have 2 employees working during on a HOLIDAY. (They really need to hang a “Now Hiring” sign up?.) If a store is under staffed, I expect the owners to be in the store assisting their new employees- ESPECIALLY IF the employees are NEW. (The past owners were frequently seen in the store assisting customers and where known by the community.) The employees were literally on the phone w/ the owners who were home (??♀️) to receive instructions on how to process transactions. It was so bad I started helping customers for them . Neither the store manager or their only other employee are properly trained . I really miss the old owners.

Customer service is great. Infinity was especially helpful. The Verizon phone support rep told us we needed to go to the nearest store and get a new SIM card for a new iPhone that we bought at a different store. Infinity looked at it and somehow we got registered with both a SIM and an ESIM at the same time. It took her 2 minutes to remove the ESIM via settings and the phone is now working. Thank you!!!

Went to return an item. The guy there was with somebody and I understand I had to wait he didn’t even bother to ask what I needed anyways about 10 min later another employee comes back from break I guess. Her attitude wasn’t so great she acted like she didn’t wanna be there. I just wanted to get the heck out.

I ordered a phone and had it to picked up at the location. The store has yet to open in two days with no way of contacting them. I don't understand how the hours were confirmed two days ago when the store ain't open yet. Very unprofessional. I wasn't the only customer out there waiting. To top it off the neighborhood said its regular for them to open whenever they want. They say it's due to lack of staff but there's no help wanted sign. DONT GO HERE TRUST ME I STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE

First time getting a new phone at an authorized reseller and not a Verizon store, and I was very pleased with the process. It took only about 20 minutes which included transferring all data toMy new phone and erasing my old phone so I could trade it in. These guys had inventory that the Verizon stores did not.
