Buying a home and this company installed the solar panels on the roof for it. We have been trying for weeks to get ANYONE on the phone to learn about what owning a home with solar panels entails but no one - NO ONE - will call back. the line disconnects, no one answers emails. It's a mess.

Me and my husband have been calling the customer service department. We’ve had our solar panel for about two years or so and recently found out that they are not working. There is a problem with the system and nobody has gotten back to me or my husband. very disappointing it still waiting for someone to call us back.
