TERRIBLE SERVICE, GOT A BRAND NEW PALLET JACK THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THEY BLAMED THAT I BROKE IT AND THEY WONT REPLACE/FIX IT EVEN THO IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. BUY ELSEWEHERE.

Horrible employees! Driver almost crashed into us trying to cut us off then sped past us.Response to owner- he cut us off from behind and sped past us.. so if his blind spot is his front windshield, you should probably look into that. Additionally, I should absolutely review your company based on a staff member. Seeing the childrens toys in the window of the car and still deciding it’s better to risk the health and safety of my 3 month old daughter in order to get his job done tells me he’s either 1) a bad human being or 2) under so much pressure at work that he is willing to seriously harm or kill someone over it. I’ll let you decide which it is.

Went there for "Train the trainer training". The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Joe Coppeto (instructor) was very knowledgeable and just a great trainer. Very thoroughly and very patient. If you need anything having to do with forklifts, I would highly recommend using AJ Jersey.

Well i just went there to get a pallet jack serviced and a male in his 50s with salt/pepper hair came out with a rude approach i asked him if i could get my crown pallet jack serviced and he immediately began to give me excuses as to why that could not be done he said the following it is a long weekend , we have to much work. I stopped him and i said, i have no problem leaving it there and if he could give me an approximate turn around time which he stated whith such lack of interest in continueing to provide a service, i dont know its all about priorty and your pallet kack is not a priorty we have to much work here and i dont know what the guys have going on. He continued to he to state to the effect hey its all about priorty, what you cant fix it yourself. I stated that the chain came off and that i would rather pay a professional to fix it. Still with such lack of interest to provide service he let me walk out of there.. but not before i advised him that providing service is everything and that he should not forget about the litttle guy. We all start with the little guy. To add i had sent my driver last week to get this fixed at this location and he told me he got the same service treatement. I thought maybe it was my driver but now i see that this place does not provided the service they claim they do. So i will seek to give my small business to the next company. So sad but more important he was so sad him self he looked so sad empty and with such interior misery that it poured out of his character.
