“Normally stop in this location when I visit this mall and I was surprised at the amount of discounted items for the weekend. It marks the beginning of the end for summer but also a great opportunity to snag a few last minute vacation items.
The store was organized for the amount of clearance items available but did not disappoint.”

“I had a good experience selling and buying here. My expectations for selling are fairly low though, as I know they are more of a convenience service and have to curate to keep the store manageable. I brought in a bouncer, 2 playmats, baby carrier, mobile, playpen and a bunch of clothes. They only accepted my bouncer, 1 playmat and half the clothes. They rejected the baby carrier because they already met their quota for the month of how many carriers to accept, and the playpen because of a stain I hadn’t noticed. So it’s a good idea to call and check what they are accepting currently. I didn’t make much - almost as if I had given away the clothes for free (which I don’t mind) and a third of the price for the bouncer. I ended up using the money that I got to buy a toy chest in great condition though, so it felt like I just did an even exchange for items that I really needed. Overall, the process for selling was transparent and easy. They have a tablet that lets you know your place in line, and how far along they are with assessing your items. There were 4-5 people ahead of us and we only ended up waiting for probably under an hour and were able to grab lunch next door. The clothes and toys for sale are pretty organized and easy to sort through. Some of them are not in as good condition as what we tried to sell, so I guess it depends who you get as an assessor of your items. Would recommend this store though especially for shopping for anything kids grow out of quickly!”
“I came into the store on Sunday 3/9/25 to get some items for my niece. When I walked in I was greeted by Karen and she helped me pair outfits together and provided great service. If the manager Karen was not there and helpful I probably would of just turned around and went to target to shop.

“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
