Dr Rozehzadeh was very careful to communicate extensively w/me to develop a deep understanding of the medical issue (my smashed left ring-finger tip)...his assessment was exactly what needed to go to his referred & excellent Orthopedist, Dr Chen...great practice!!!

If you respect yourself and your time, find another practice. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours to be seen? My boyfriend took time off from work for this appointment and he was finally seen about 2 hours later. When he tried to find out what was taking so long(after waiting over an hour) and informed the receptionist he needed to get back to work soon, they offered to reschedule him. Reschedule him so you can waste his time for a second day? I understand having to wait 20-30 minutes but nearly two hours is insane. I don't know if this practice is overbooking because the doctor is money hungry, but if this is a common issue, they need to do better. If they know they're going to have patients waiting a day and a year to be seen, they should inform them early enough that even with an appointment, it can take up to 2 hours to be seen so they could plan their time accordingly, or better yet, find another practice that will respect their time! UNACCEPTABLE.

Dr. Rabin is great. Been going to him for years and he’s all about holistic health while treating the immediate issues. So it’s a nice balance and I always walk away feeling stronger, healthier than ever.
