Oscar nominee for worst Customer Service !There couldn;t be a impolite/worst way to treat a customer. Go there if you need to learn and experience why some shops/brands fail while others thrive.I asked if GNC would do price match..which is clearly stated as a policy on GNC website. The person on the register was like "what on earth are you talking about ? and if you don;t have money go some place else "... whoaaa... my first time hearing and experiencing a thing like this.. And I politely left taking my money and time to a more welcoming business..."the some place else" :)

Piscataway GNC way better. Got what I needed but employee could care less about helping me find what I needed. Didn’t even greet me through the door, horrible customer service.

Yes I agree with the post about this place I been seeing employees here are very lazy not nowledgeble about any of there products overpriced had to make the switch to vitamin shop better business and better employees with better prices

I should give zero stars... rude. lazy. unhelpful. employee I will never go again. For example:The guy at the counter was SO RUDE. And then at check out, when he asked if I had a membership card I said, "no, but do you need them to get sale prices?" and he said "umm, what sale prices?" and I responded "you know, at other and he responded "look, I just do what the machine tells me. "then he asked "do you need a reciept?", and I said "yes please", to which he responded "well you know you can't do returns anyway...." as he rolled his eyes and sighed like I was bothering him by asking for it.

Extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable service. The manager Keith helped my husband stock up on supplements that meet my family's needs -- abroad none the less. Very happy with such accurate service.

I am absolutely happy with the customer service and informative rep named George at this location. I got the answers and products i needed and i can be an tough on judgement but great job. I appreciate you and will return.

Dude there knew his stuff. Isn't it nice to physically go to a store and the people working there actually know what they're talking about. Refreshing.

This one has much better variety than the one in Woodbridge or menlo park certain brand still have to be ordered it

I only gave this store 1 star bc they had what I needed. Other than that, it would have gotten 0 stars, if possible. The employee was FaceTiming the whole time I was there, talking about personal stuff with his buddy on the other end. He didn't even ask if I was a GNC member, so I was not credited for points. As I walked out, I even saw a hand written sign by the door saying, "not here, be back soon". Makes me believe that the store randomly closes - Maybe so he can do he's "business" in the back?

Closed during business hours. Worker not in store. I will assume they were having a baby, but I'm just chilin with nothing to do.
