I really wish I had read the reviews before stepping into this place. My mother is on vacation and wanted to get her hair washed and blow-dried. She usually goes to Great Clips, so she was quite excited. However, upon her arrival, the lady informed her that she could wash her hair but not actually blow dry it. What kind of salon operates like this? How are they still in business? The reason she couldn’t wash my mother’s hair was simply because she was lazy! They need to hire better staff! She didn’t even want to brush my mother’s hair or wash it properly. I will never take my mother back there again. They’ve lost a customer.

Absolutely infuriated with this place. The staff here are completely careless and unprofessional. The woman who cut my hair clearly had no idea what she was doing — she literally butchered my hair in 3 to 5 minutes like she was in some kind of race. No consultation, no attention, no skill — just pure negligence.
I walked in expecting a basic haircut and walked out with a disaster. It’s so bad I’m embarrassed to even show up at work. I seriously don’t know how this place is still running.
This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I will never step foot in this place again and I’m going to make damn sure I warn at least 100 people to stay away. If you care even a little about how you look — avoid this place like the plague.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The stylist who cut my hair was very unprofessional. She used a dirty comb that still had other people’s hair stuck in it, which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. She also didn’t section my hair properly while cutting and instead freestyled it, which led to uneven results. I had specifically asked for a light trim, but the length was cut much shorter than I requested. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I’m really unhappy with the experience and the result.

Mr.Paul did a fantastic job! Men’s haircut price is $19, which is expensive, but with a coupon you can get a haircut for $9. He did exactly as I asked and worked on my hair diligently. He took me instantly when I arrived - absolutely no wait time. I recommend making an appointment online before showing up as it speeds up the process. He also was not pushy about tips - did not mention it once.

Absolutely terrible experience at Great Clips. The stylist clearly has no skill or knowledge and was completely unprofessional. The place is cheap, and it shows in both the service and the results. I wouldn’t trust them with my hair again – a waste of time and money.

This place is a Joke the only reason why I used to there was for Josie.they hired a bunch of incompetent non English spoken females who can’t even give a good haircut im so glad Dora told me Josi open her own salon so I’ll be going to her now since she has been cutting my hair for so long no wonder why this place no busy she took her customers with her 😂😂
